Fansproject Colossus (Bruticus) from China: Is it a KO?

Hello, I'm hunting down the Fansproject Bruticus. I liked the Fall of Cybertron Bruticus but he's kind of kibbly and lanky. The Fansproject looks amazing though but I really don't want a KO as I own 3 so far... while they look and feel like the original they have some really loose parts that irritate the heck out of me.

KO Striker Optimus: Loose elbow rotation joint
KO DoTM Megatron: Loose elbow bending joint, cannot hold weapon in poses
KO TFP Dark Energon Megatron: Very loose legs, can't really stand, extremely loose arms, cannot pose with fusion cannon
KO TFP Nemesis Prime: Loose legs but not horrible

The last one I'm not positive about but the Beast Hunters Go Nemesis Prime (the beefy dark Optimus) seemed legit but the packaging felt light, cardboard ripped easily... and the figure had really loose shoulder pads which I fixed by adding a bit of super glue.

Point is I'm sick of KOs... so can people make KOs of 3rd Party figures like this one? There's a decent priced one on ebay but it's in China so I'm skeptical.

They're legit. As far as I know FP's Bruticus hasn't been KOed yet. They're so reasonably priced, because they are the recent repaints.
Personally I would go with the one from freemanstoys, as it comes with the cool little Shockwave.

Don't assume that they're KOs just because they're from China, FP is a Chinese company after all.

Ahhh okay. Many thanks for the insight. Didn't realize FP was in China. Makes sense now.

Canadian Chinese to be exact.

Yeah, although be warned that the repaint/reissue has looser joints than the original. Also, the mini-me Shockwave is cool but kinda floppy and annoyingly fragile- mine broke at the hip.

Has Hercules been KO'd? I've seen a lot of sellers from China, and whilst I know TFC is a Chinese company I always have my worries.

Hadn't heard about Herc being KO'ed, and I've heard of some legit sellers with the bundle for about $400. Not sure what prices you've been seeing lately, but it's probably sellers trying to get rid of excess stock. I seem to remember TFC saying that they overproduced Herc, and then there was the scare that they weren't going to produce as much of Uranos (which maybe they didn't produce as many units as they did Herc but it's still easily available to pick up).

And there was always the rumor that MakeToys' Giant was going to be KO'ed, since before Giant was officially released. I don't think that one panned out (thankfully).
