I'm super happy with the original Delicate Warrior, but I don't think I need these repaints.

I preordered foe the hell of it. Might drop the Chromia cause it looks nothing like chromia and keep the green one to be a medic.

Those are weird as hell. I've preordered the green one for giggles. I don't know if I'll keep it.

That figure, and the materials used for Delicate Warrior, are great. My only complaint would be that some of the white is a little too translucent.

Now, for this price I had to bite. Also, did y'all notice Night Bird:

Yea, that one made the rounds before.
It is nice, but I have a Nightbird I got a while ago.

This one is better, but is it worth the upgrade?

I've always wanted an excuse to own this mold, and a Paradron Medic repaint is just the excuse I need.

Well, if you have 1 Nightbird already, probably not...

This is me too, though I don't know if I'll use either as Medic. I didn't bite on the original Delicate Warrior as I was waiting for a Hasbro official figure. MMC's look enough different, and, well, are awesome! I've heard DW is awesome too, so I jumped at this chance. I believe BBTS marketed these as Clearance...

*checks email trash*

Yup. They called them Close-outs. And that makes an amount of sense. I do not remember what DW was originally, but I remember thinking she was a bit pricey for my tastes. Today, I'm not so sure she would have been out of my price range, given what I have invested in MMC fems...

I believe that Delicate Warrior was around $100 when she first came out.

These look pretty neat, and I preordered them for now, but I really don't know whether I'll keep the PO or not.

Im not waiting for the Takara/Funpub repaints of the new Arcee mold. (assuming they ever come) I happily ordered 2 Medics and 1 blue Arcee. I love that mold 39.99 a piece wont make or break me. Also it was a pleasant surprise to see their Nightbird dropped to $55. I ordered her too. :D

I wonder why they never released Firestar (iirc this one had a prototype) or Elita-1?

Think this drastic price drop is nice for those interested in this toy.

Because that mold was ugly with one hell of a backpack

What ?

Isnt it obvious they had to drop the price as an incentive to purchase. They have to compete with the Hasbro Arcee mold now. There's a lot of people who will wait a year or more for Takara or Funpub to do these repaints. I'm not one of them.... ;)

When it goes on clearance, I'll buy it. T'was a joke.

Where's the car's back bumper, is that why it's so cheap because it's incomplete and missing a part? another joke

Just feel, I'm getting the better $14 deal with Hasbro 30th Arcee. As this toy is complete and comes with a back bumper on the car. Last joke

So why are these so dirt cheap compared to the original release?

Another question, what is the point of these? It's almost like the guys behind the original mold saw how others are making fembots and he just wants to cash in on the craze by putting in as little effort as possible. Kinda ruins the reputation he build himself with Arcee and Nightbird.

These things are just out of the blue and unnecessary, IMO. Great for people who want them, but I see very little point.

It seems like the medic variant should have come out ages ago. I kinda like my femmebots looking a little different from each other, so it may be worth buying this mould again for the medic version. Pe or Hasbro's can be the "real" Arcee, this can be a medic and MMC has Elieta-1 coming out.

Seeing the price so low kinda hurts my feelings since I got the original Arcee at the original price. But that's how the cookie crumbles. I'll have to wait until the official comes out in my area before I compare the official mould to this. Although I'm really aiming for the Takara release.

I saw very little point in the medic, shadow, and blue repaints of MMC Azella but those things sold like hotcakes. At least this mold actually looks like G1 Arcee and Paradon Medic. The cheap price makes them very desirable to those who want to troop build and have a couple medics to display with Galvatron or Sandstorm for a cool Paradon display. I can guarantee a takara or funpub repaint of Generations arcee will be just as much or more than 40 bucks. CHMS did this years ago with the animated arcee mold. Those were so cool I bought them even though I dont collect animated. Delicate Warrior is really an awesome mold you have to hold in your hands to appreciate. Plus it doesnt have the annoying butt flap cover that the Hasbro version has. Also Delicate Warriors fists hold her guns properly unlike the more common open handed Hasbro version. Plus a free stand. Thats one hell of a buy I think at 40 bucks ! :KREMZEEK:

I dunno about that. This guy just gave us Titanian Saint as well (transforming Alpha Trion) This guy has a knack for tackling obscure characters and giving them a beautiful classics aesthetic that fits in so well with Hasbro figures. I look forward to see what he puts out in the future.

Guessing Hasbro USA is bound to release a few recolors of the 30th Arcee toy. in a few months in 2015 for under $15. not wait another year.

Don't think Takara will wait a whole year to release recolors of the 30th arcee toy. Takara knows it's a popular toy and will rush out the recolors.

Those $40 prices for Takara TF deluxes are the prices USA based import sites charge. Because they have to pay middlmen fees and hefty overseas shipping fees. Chimungmung.com, A overseas site charges under $27 for a Takara TF deluxe. Lets not forget the money exchange rate between the Yen and dollar dictate products prices based on the current conversions rates.

With these, one could have a line of dancing Arcees. Or a bunch of bots for planet Gazorpazorp. :-$
