Very interesting. Unique Toys sure is upping their game since Predaking. Hope this one is about the same size as Hastak Blitzwing.
Will certainly be keeping an eye on this one.

RobotKingdom and other sources below are also listing this toy as Masterpiece scale.

Unique Toys - Y01 - Provider
Some info sources are saying this will be a 8.2 inches tall robot. While other sources like Robotkingdom are saying this will be 9.5 inches tall in robot height.
Either way I'm pleased with either heights as there big enough. At 8.2 inches tall this will be in perfect MP Seeker robot height. At MP 9.5 inches tall robot this will be in perfect MP-10 robot height. Think any MP Triple changer needs to be a head or Two taller than a HasTak MP Seeker. As the original cartoon showed Blitzwing and Astrotrain as taller than average and taller than the seekers.
Hoping all of these MM, CM and inches measurements that were provided by sources can now prevent the pages upon pages of toy scale speculations.

Looks beautiful but over 8 inches is way too big. I wish 3rd parties would stop making adult collectibles on kiddie sizes. I dont have hands the size of a 7 year old that need to be accomodated with bigger toys. I would rather stick to thew classics scale and have my fugures scale together in cartoon accurate harmony while saving space at the same time.

Well the entire 3rd party fandom seems to disagree with you with what they want. Everyone wants MP style and size now.. Classics is pretty much dead to 3rd parties. I doubt we'll see a lot of new classics stuff reveals this year. It's either going to be all masterpiece style or something right in the middle that they want the fans to think they can put in either a classics shelf or a MP shelf.

Seems like this is one of those weird Classics / MP crossovers. The vehicle mode seems like it'd be in scale with Classics and the robot mode looks like it's Blitzwing size. But I guess we'll see.

True, but it is very reminiscent to his G1 transform, so it works for me.

Unique Toys has done a masterful job of blending of all 3 modes. I can't wait to have a shelf with all 3 triple changers. I'm for Masterpiece all the way. Although I'm impressed with the distance and design of Classics, Masterpiece to me are works of art.

Not really a fan of this one at all. Maybe color pics will change my mind, but right now it doesn't interest me in the slightest.

I think the word "entire" is a little bit exaggerated. Several posters here have admitted they dont collect MP figures. Personally Im so over seasons 1-2 main characters. Im more into obscure characters and characters from the headmaster era and beyond. Plus the big size just flat out sucks in my opinion. Granted, theres not many characters that havent gotten a classics scale figure, but theres still plenty of leftovers. Fansproject and Maketoys seem to be very loyal to the classics fanbase. TFC as well even though I havent liked their latest offerings. Plus a few smaller companies are doing cool classics stuff. We just got an awesome transforming alpha trion and autobot clones. And MMC still seams to be gearing towards more classics scale figures. So I dont fear the invasion of the robot barbie dolls. I still stand by my comment that they could do the same MP style engineering but in classics scale. Faith Leader proved that ages ago. Not to mention the FP function x line. The upsizing is just an excuse to raise the price.

I'm not touching that one....
Wait, what?
While this one looks great, I think I'll stick with my Hasbro version. I don't really like the mas-shifting/scale issues with Broadside and Octane as characters... I do like how FP handled Broadside. If someone took a neo approach to Octane to do something better, I might bite.
But I do have to reiterate that this thing looks really good and would be awesome for a MP collection, I think...

Those wings are huge in robot mode, and the tank in tanker mode is much too small compared to the truck cab.

Using the very first MP figure as an example doesn't really prove anything. Besides, Faith Leader was a flimsy piece of scrap. I liked him OK, but was very aware that way too many pieces of plastic were way too thin for me to feel safe with him.
If what you're saying is true, I'm surprised we never got a downsized MP Seeker mold that would fit into voyager class.

I got him on Preorder. I'm hopeful he'll be Voyager/Ultra sized, but I guess we'll see.
EDIT: Someone on TFW is claiming that he got UT's statement that it is 21cm in height. FOr comparison, Blitzwing is 19cm

Igear was going to downsize MP Megatron but they decided to get out of the KO game. Still all and all you cant prove MP style engineering cant exist in classics scale figures any more than I can. But in my opinion the FP Function X series is at the same caliber as MP style engineering. (minus the hands) But they dont sell for over $100 a pop do they ? I wonder why ? Ya think maybe because they are smaller ? I think so...

I'll have to wait and see how this one turns out, but Octane being taller than Blitzwing just won't work for my collection. Grats to the MP collectors who're excited for this one, but . . . I'm a bit let down by the size scale.

Is that head-to-toe on the Blitzwing height or cannonhead-to-toe?
