I guess we best have a thread for this guy too! :CON:

GENERATION TOY GT-1 Gravity Builder (Not-Devastator)

At a height of 38cm/15inch approx head to heel.
Should make for a decent Devastator in a Classics/Generations collection, taller than Hasbro current CW gestalts, around the height of MMC Feral Rex and considerably shorter than Titan Devastator! ;)

Photos courtesy of Weibo/Generation Toy.
Updated with size comparison shots and digibash.
Updated with news of bonus mini-Megatron figure.

I'm not excited by this prospect, by yet a new company coming out of the woodwork. I'm good with Hercules to fill this size figure.

Shorter than Feral Rex + height matching Warbotron does not compute.

Feral rex does have thigh extensions (which I never use) So its safe to say its basically warbotron height. Count me out then. Might as well stick with Hercules.

Well Titan Devastator's height was never the problem. The problem is that he's a hollow, misproportioned mess of a figure with dreadful individual robots.

Anyway, the silhouette looks great. I just hope that they do something useful with the forearms- I honestly would have preferred Hercules' tread-forearm approach but oh well.

The forearms would make great pencil sharpeners while displaying the individual robots. Or maybe USB drives ?

I've always thought a better way to form the forearms (aside from good ol' tread-forearms like Hercules did) would be to make them turn into little construction vehicles when not combined- perhaps a steamroller and a rock-wheel trencher (complete with buzzsaw hand option)?

At first glance they look like the love child of TFC Toys and Warbotron, something seems very familiar? :-? :CON:

I like it, but I'm not down for another size class in my combiner teams. I resisted Warbotron and I'll resist this too, despite both looking awesome.

Something seems off in the bot modes, especially Bonecrusher, but overall I really like them.

This has the potential to replace Herc in my collection and has definitely convinced me to get Warbotron.

Looks like a Warbo-sized cross between TFC & MT.

Heavy liberties taken... not that I'm seeking to replace my Hercules, but it wouldn't be with this fella anyways.
