I can only assume a KFC Octane would carry cooking oil in its tanker.

KFC wins. Plane actually has a tail instead of a pyramid like Unique Toys did. But Im not into MP.

Plus the cab in not attached to the tanker , the plane wings don't have those turbines and the robot backpack looks more compact and a cleaner finish to all three modes .

Well, the truck mode looks a tiny bit better (I guess, maybe?) and the robot mode looks good, but dear god that plane mode is a trainwreck (planewreck?). The engines are in completely the wrong place and are far too square, the wings aren't the right shape at all, the whole body is far too square and what the hell is going on with the back end? Sure the UT version had the questionable tail fin, but at least the back end of the jet was otherwise coherent, unlike this mess of parts.
Plus, it's KFC and thus will be awful. The UT version on the other hand had decent QC, at least as far as I know.

I think it's a little early to start declaring a "winner" but I like the look of UT's better for now.
