I can, as they say, dig it. That looks pretty nice, actually. I just hope transformation isn't compromised.

Just like the Beelzeboss kit (which actually may have drawn inspiration from this kit) the transformation is not compromised. The reason why this kit's announcement was delayed is due to negotiations between the designer (Shapeways designer) and SND. Additionally, Optimus can still retain his combined mode. Not sure about Nova, as his wings may need to be removed in combined mode.

Hmm, this one appears to be based on Prime's previous body, but like Toyworld before it just doesn't quite do it justice, except for the head.

Nova looks better than expected, but still has munky arms.

I'll keep my eyes on these, but I'm not hopeful it'll change my mind.

You're right, that Prime design has a sort of angular dynamism that still has yet to get captured in toy form. Even Nova Prime has yet to receive a toy form worthy of his comic self.

On that note, pre-order is up for Primo Vitalis!

honestly i would just get rid of those mucky arms and hands and rebuild new ones that transform better and its not isnt so... failure wise of what hasbro did. the legs got an upgrade and everything else looks great. ill concider this upgrade.
