Yes, I obviously know it's a knock off, but I'm curious how long they've been making these. I haven't gone masterpiece searching in a while, so this is the first time I came across them. Any thoughts or experience with them?

Just about a month after the official release. Even at Alibaba/AliExpress they are available but the vendors make it an effort to mark it not official.

My impression is that they were the "official" knock-off MP guys, i.e. the ones that do it the most/best, but I don't have any of their figures.

Is that version of Blue Streak a knock off only, or did Takara also make blue Blue Streaks?

No, there's an official blue Bluestreak (it's MP-18B). I haven't seen any Takasa Tony "MP" figures that aren't also Takara figures.

Well, I bought it along with a Takasa Red Alert. I've got them both now, and while the Alert is about as loose and floppy as your expect a KO to be, Bluestreak is perfect. All joints are as tight as the official figure is (comparing to MP Prowl). I am supper happy with this.

You were so happy you ate a meal to celebrate? Looks like I'll be getting it as well. I have wanted a blue Blue Streak, as it is comic accurate, and a KO is much cheaper, especially if it's perfect, like you say.

I can clarify that the Takasa Wheeljack is of good quality as well.

I didn't notice until now that the box actual says "Takasa Tony;" I figured it was just the way the seller spelled it in the listing to avoid being found by TT.
Anyway, I bought a KO Tigertrack which came in a box that seems to just be a black and white copy of the official box; all the spelling is correct. Aside from limp knee joints, this guy has a hood-to-abdomen tab that doesn't fit correctly; I think I can file down the tab to fit into the slot, but the reason I'm bringing this up is because I was hoping to collect the rest of the Sideswipe molds, and was wondering if anyone had any other experience with KO Swipes.

I have G2 Swipe and Red Alert KO's, and they are both a tad floppy. Stable enough for display, though.

I can handle floppy joints. Having the whole thing fit together properly is a bigger concern.

In robot mose, the front number doesnt want to tab to the waste, but that is the only issue of that nature.

I've spotted locally a Takasa Tony DOTM Nightmare Megatron. Didn't pick it up as the shop was selling it at ROTF Megs SRP...

The paint on the KO Blue Bluestreak is often crisper than it is on the original.
Not to mention the new KO Takasa Tony Tracks actually has a fixed torso and backpack, stiffer tails in flying car mode, rubber tires, and better knees too !
I'm looking forward to the bigger KO Bumblebee myself as I'd rather like one that is the same size as Prowl or only slightly smaller rather than a complete pip-squeek like the original is.
