no boxes though so I'm not sure they're doing anyone favors at those prices for "knock offs", despite how nice they look.

It costs more if you want the box. It may be a KO, but it's not a cheap toy. I'd say in some ways it's superior to Jetfire, they filled the holes hasbro left on it!

The knockoff game has changed Ryan. These are no longer cheap collectables. Cheaper than official, for sure, but they are actually quality products now and cost so. Voyager Lockdown was 15$ and without a box, and thats only 10$ less than it would have cost boxed at retail if released officially.

And check out this awesome guy and the price he goes for: http://www.ebay.ca/sch/i.html?_from=R40 ... s&_sacat=0

That's absurd for that KO Evasion Optimus.

What's the KO "Voyager" Lockdown called?

I found it under "Lockdown Metal Parts", I guess they want to highlight that he has die cast.

The price went a bit up for him but you might find him for cheaper

Edit: I just did, here is the price I paid: http://sirtoys.com/toys.php?c=23&p=2103 ... ecast.html

It's called a "KO" by most people because it copies the basic design of Evasion Optimus, but it's really an original mold made larger than Leader class, with massive quality and detail.

I ordered the oversized KO Lockdown. If there was a voyager KO Bumblebee and Stinger, I'd be interested in those as well possibly. Want to check out the quality of the KO Lockdown.

But don't tell anyone I bought a KO!!! ;)

Yeah its amazing. And not only did they KO the toy but they also KO'd the 3p upgrade kit.

Also, there is bumblebee and stinger but ebay might have them cheaper, I dont know (these are at the same store, so you might want to ask if they could combine shipping with your previous order):

Bumblebee: http://sirtoys.com/toys.php?c=23&p=1857 ... st_OS.html

Stinger: http://sirtoys.com/toys.php?c=23&p=1997 ... st_OS.html

Although they look bigger than voyager

That happens sometimes. The Machine Boy KOs of Alternators Optimus and Nemesis Prime have the Fansproject upgrade kits included. The Combiner Wars Leader Megatron and one of the Evasion mode Optimus toys comes with the DX9 add-on kits. I once saw an undersize and simplified G1 Predaking that came with a undersized KO of the Junkion Blacksmith upgrade kit for it.
