Hi all,

has anyone ever heard how the support from Master Mind Creations is or ever had any dealings with them.

Long story short - I purchased Hexatron Reformatted Continuum a few months back, and have never gotten around to transform him. He went straight into the Cabinet with my other Decepticons.

Today I decided to take him for a spin and try and the other modes out only to find, the upper right arm tank track is missing - Noooooo! From the looks of it, it's never been fitted as there is no glue stains from where it could have been fitted on the arm.

Is this something MMC may be able to help with getting the replacement part, I'd be willing to pay for the part and shipping as he's just not complete now

Is it worth me contacting them or is this just one of those things that happens.

Any help would be great

I purchased him from a UK Retailer. I can't believe I never noticed the part missing. I'm half tempted to by the KO figure of Hexatron just to take this part off lol!

I had an issue with something years ago and they were incredibly helpful in correcting it. I think they're known to be one of the better companies in terms of customer service. But, that's an older item you have and the company may have changed.

Couldn't hurt to try though, right?

Contact your retailer first with an explanation of your missing part. If they are unable to help you, then you can try http://www.mastermind-creations.com/support.html. While there may be stories of how helpful the company is, you'll never know unless you try yourself.

Just a quick update,

MMC Rock!!!! They were super helpful after I emailed them and now I have my replacement part for Hexatron. At last he is complete
