KO MMC Carnifex?

I've been searching for a MMC Carnifex on Ebay and found someone selling a large amount of them for the suspiciously low price of $136.

It seems like the original was just released and I don't know how quickly KO companies can reproduce third party toys. Has anyone heard about there being KO versions of Carnifex?
