Guys... I just placed a pre-order for my first 3rd party figure...

ALIEN ATTACK - STF-01- FIRAGE







Now I'm hoping for a Leadfoot. Or maybe the Movie Edition makes a good deluxe Leadfoot. But with all the ferrari licencing difficulties, 3P is the way to go for this guy most likely

Is this their debut piece? It's lookin pretty spiffy.

I think so. I've seen some upgrade sets they released, such as movie Ratchet saws and blasters and a Human Alliance Leadfoot alt mode weapons upgrade, but I believe this is the first figure

I can let you know once I get him. He looks really good, so I'm hoping he turns out well. I probably will wait a bit to ship once he comes in stock though

Yep! I think the front fenders may be just inside the shoulders there, that spot of red.

There is another 3P Knight Prime coming too, but this is the first colored one of the 2 we've seen

Looking forward to getting to mine and posing it all cool.

This guy is on my radar. I'm loving that the 3rd party boys are getting into movie figures.

I hope the figure is not postponed too much longer. My Pile of Loot has to ship in around 3 and a half weeks and he is already a month past release date

So AA's Knight Prime has been popping up everywhere, I think he's hit the streets. I'm gettin the wants, but then found out about UT's version who seems more accurate. While quite striking, I find AA's to be too slim.

That's an eye opening review! I was already leaning towards UT's, but the panel'y instability of that truck mode sealed his fate.

I decided awhile back to wait for the UT Prime. Firage, though, is chilling in Rollers Stash waiting for me to build up a free shipping order.

I always though the alien Attack one looked a bit boxy and funky compared the other version of Prime coming out. I'm not really into either, but at least they both can look the part.

From the reviews I've seen, Firage/Dino is...not very good. Engineering is impressive but wonky tolerances are abound and the transformation is absurdly complex for a Deluxe-sized figure.

I'm going to go ahead and back those bad reviews. I didn't even attempt the transformation. The instructions are poor, and the thing feels stupid cheap and brittle in hand. Sucks too, `cause it's looks amazing, but fails to deliver. I'm sticking him on ebay.
