So... anybody get the number of that clanking disaster? :D

If not then here's the link to the tweet as I'm unsure if I could post the actual picture here.

I guess Fanstoys thought this was a great idea to add to their advertisements for this figure. Wow, what is wrong with these guys? I mean I've had friends pose my transformers like they were doing stuff for a laugh, but a 3rd party developer doing it, taking pictures, and then using those pictures as advertisement for their products is seriously messed up. I'm in this weird head space where I find this both funny, and disgusting. Either way, this is probably not the best image the company would want.

1 - Wrong forum (I'll fix that for ya)
2 - Your signature image is way too huge (I could fix that, but people tend to not like my fixes)
3 - No one post the picture, it's just wrong.

On the one hand, yeah, it's definitely rather...poor taste, and certainly not how I'd have marketed it. On the other hand, it's nothing to get overly upset about (it being, you know, a toy robot and all) and the reaction from some of the sillier portions of the fandom was so hilariously melodramatic that it kinda turns my thoughts on it from "Yeah, that's pretty tasteless" to "DOHOHOHOHOHO". Let's be serious, folks, it's a stupid photo by a bored FT photographer done as a (rather crap, admittedly) joke. It's crass but it's not even that bad. Like, if it were implying some form of sexual violence I could understand the outrage a bit more, but...it's just Arcee and Springer having some, erm, synchronization time, with no hints of anything non-consensual or violent.

My biggest problem with it is that the figure honestly looks a bit meh. The mushroom peg slots are rather glaring, the faces (not those faces) aren't very good and the whole toy looks a bit...I dunno, boring really. Hopefully the Arcee wars are not over, if we get a Maketoys Arcee I'd buy that, as their products are stellar. To be honest I wouldn't mind an official MP, as even with the "MAKE IT CARTOON ACCURATE AT ALL COSTS" approach they've had lately, I think Arcee (and the 86 Movie designs in general) are solid enough to justify it. Plus I really like Mecha Penelope Pitstop, and it's a crying shame the best MP representation she has is an upsized barely altered KO of the Generations figure.

I'm sorry, is the figure called Rogue, like the X-Men character, or Rouge, as in makeup? It's starting to bug me that there's a pretty clear divide: all the forums are consistently calling it Rogue, but all the vendors are calling it Rouge.

That picture lol

really not liking the fanstoy figure, even the generations figure has more charm, curves and feminine form. I think the name has meant to be rouge, but everything about the figure screams guy wearing drag (and not in a good way o.O) even tim curry had more curves.

It's Rouge......French for "Red" like the genocidal "Khmer Rouge". As for the image, well you havent's seen nuthin' yet in the JP created doujinshi of TFs (heck, I wouldn't have believed it myself if I didn't see their solicitations in a certain site in JP)

So they made their MP Arcee with an 'O' face. I wonder if they had the enhanced chest plate on her when they shot these pics.

Personally, I thought they were just pictures of robot extacy. At least that's how I interpreted it.
