So these are KOs, right?

I'll post links if it's allowed but when you search for the Generations Leader Class Jetfire on eBay the first few results are all way under the original MSRP but are being advertised as new/sealed and as a "reissue".
Since the sellers are in China I'm assuming these are KOs but I've only ever bought TF's in person or from legit websites before so my exposure to KOs is very limited and I was taken aback by the quality of the fake boxes so I just wanted to make sure there wasn't something I was unaware of that would make these so cheap, if genuine.

Well, you've asked quite a mouthful. First off, nothing's guaranteed on eBay; when you buy from anyone you've never bought from before, you have to be ready for disappointment. High satisfaction rates and longevity on the site are usually positive indicators, though. Stock photos can be pretty easy to come by, so be aware that you might not actually be buying what you see, at least as far as age and condition are concerned. Always read the descriptions to make sure the seller's verbiage isn't intentionally deceptive, and so you know what they're telling you to expect (and how it compares to what you actually get).
I've only had a couple bad experiences in the 500+ transactions I've made over the years, and both times eBay stepped in and refunded me my money. Still, I've never bought anything I couldn't afford not to have, and I've never bid more than I was willing to lose on something that might be fake.

If it seems too good too be true, it probably is. An older, large, well received figure being sold as sealed for significantly less than MSRP and as a "reissue" never heard of outside of the ebay listing? Buyer beware.
That said, it may still be something you're ultimately happy with if you know ahead of time what you're getting.
