Has anybody ever dealt with the site heerotoys.com before? I've seem them on eBay occasionally, selling KO WST figures, and noticed recently that they have their own website, which offers more than you can find on the 'Bay. The site itself looks pretty old, and I'm not sure I want to throw a bunch of Paypal info at them if there's nobody running it any more, or if it's some kind of dodgy operation. However, the siren song of tiny, buildable kits of Bumblebee and Tracks beckons...

I bought a few trailers and Megatron accessories form them in the past and it was fine. If you go through Paypal and hear nothing you can get your money back.

So, update: I ordered $20 worth of stuff from this site a few days after the last post in this thread, paid and got a confirmation number for my order, heard nothing for two months, then this morning saw that my money had been refunded with the seller's message saying that their Paypal account had been closed. I can only conclude that, whatever the seller's intentions were, they made no movement on my order in the last two months, or else how would they know to refund my money? If they had sent the order and it got lost in the mail, that would be one thing. If they had pretended to send it and then lied about it getting lost in the mail, that would be another. I'm very confused by this; on the one hand, they sell things I can't find anywhere else on the 'net (like the above-mentioned WST Tracks), but then things seem so dodgy about the site and then this happens. Arrgh! I'm confused and a little frustrated.

That makes me sad. I ordered some WSTF Megatron parts and a Prime trailer and has nothing but a smooth experience. But I guess things have changed now. I'd be more understanding too if they had just been upfront about the issues instead of pretending things are okay.
