umm DISCHARGE - we NEVER use padded envelopes, I do not have ANY padded envelopes here, we only ship in cardboard boxes. We wrap our toys in bubble or foam wrap, but we always use a box... and if there's a problem? why not email me and deal with it? just shoot me an email, the klears are obviously going to be super fragile, so if there's a problem, just let me know privately, better yet, get me on msn messenger, im usually online a few times a day on messenger, so no one has any excuse for not contacting me.
You are trying to say we did not use a box to ship him in? REALy? Please don't lie or mislead people about my shipping practices, we always use boxes, we have many sizes of new boxes that we ship with, from small to very large.
The only time i have used an envelope was to mail a best wishes card to a customer in the hospital..

I have mentioned in one of the KLEAR KOLD threads that they are very fragile as they are all clear plastic, has/tak always use some solid plastic for joints on their crystal/ghost/clear toys, these are ALL CLEAR, why they are so unique and cool, so you really have to treat them with respect and care when transforming them. You should tread it More carefully then a 400$ Takara Crystal Convoy because they are more fragile, becuase they do not use solid plastic. There are alot of smart asses around that think they are smart for realizing that the clear toys break easier then the regular one.... i love how genius works its way into mass population...
I also mentioned in that same thread that all buyers are welcome to free replacement parts (while supplies last) for any parts that break, even if you broke it during transformation, even if you drop it and it breaks. You just have to cover the minimal airmail shipping cost (unless the breakage was our fault or happened during shipping, then we will ship to you for free)
Our replacement policy for Klear KOLD is very good, i don't think that anyone can complain if a part breaks, because they should 1 - be aware that it is all clear plastic, which is more brittle (if they dont realize that they must be blind or brain dead), and 2- that they can get replacement parts for any parts that do break during play.
If we compare it to Heeros clear OP, his used black solid parts for joints and then the more brittle for the main parts. I can also supply you with black joint parts or any black parts if you would prefer replacement parts in a stronger type of plastic.
Just let us know what you want and what you need, if you bought a Klear Kold, then we want you to be very happy with it, we can probably help you with whatever you need in regards to the collectors item.
