Third party CrazyDevy is at it again with their Predaking upgrades, as their latest release will be new wings for the King of the Combiners. These wings completely out class those of the original. CrazyDevy also shows us an outline of what Predaking will look like after their Power Parts are finished, and it seems we'll be getting even more upgrades. Check out the pictures below!

Looks very "Call of the Primitives"-ish. As Cheetor would say, ultra gear!

Point of Order: The original Predaking has miserable failure of a back attachment to keep the already heavy wings he has held upright and straight. How on Earth is this toy going to support these things>

If I end up biting the bullet and ordering the new reissue Predaking, I may as well lose all control and order some CrazyDevy parts for it as well!

I don't know yet if I am getting the new reissue of Predacons.
But if I did, then I would ofcourse like to order at Crazydevy for that wing XL on his back.
But, I go on a limb here and expect that more upgrades for Predaking will follow, seeing the picture of Crazydevy's Predaking, it is showing that big guns on his shoulder will follow.

:-?

I think it's cheaper getting the Predacons loose and without combiner accessories and instead buying these than buying the new reissue and replacing the entire combiner kibble with the new crydevy ones.

It hurts my eyes to look at that $49 preorder price tag on BBTS.

Think I am going to have to skip Predaking's upgrades and wait and see what they have in store for Superion.

Looks good. I suppose they will come out with the 2 shoulder cannons next. If they are expanding to different figures, why do they still call themselves "Crazy Devy" ???

Because that's what they're best associated with, to change their company name now is a waste of time and money.

Looking at that silhouette, it looks like some sort of leg articulation might be in store. At least, the picture appears less brickish. But I really don't see how anything could be done to give him hips/thighs. Maybe knees though. Also, articulated hands would be nice (and save me the trouble of finding a right fist for my Predaking).

Wings = ordered.

I never got any of the Devastator stuff because I will be completing my own custom that will trump the original anyway. Superion and Bruticus are covered by the FP sets.

Predaking won't ever be replaced by another toy, so the temptation is to bulk up my G1. A nice sword/hands and shoulder cannons would be awesome... but more than 100$ for all those things would be an instant "no thanks"

I can see how a lot of you would bite at these, because frankly price doesn't matter on a lot of items that collectors really want. But 50$ for wings? meh
