Igeartoys is blowing me off

I just wanted to post this, not to be offensive, but to make others aware. I recently purchased a PP01b. I received it in great condition - except the right shoulder joint is loose. I contacted Igear to get a replacement joint and was informed they don't have any parts. They are still selling multiple versions of this mold but for some unfathomable reason don't have any parts. I will be fair and say that the customer support person I contacted was polite, but it just seems strange. Just some info so others are aware Igear may not take care of you if there is an issue. I'm sure others had no issues but this is just my own experience.
I posted the above statement on their Facebook page but they deleted it. While that doesn't surprise me it could have instead been an opportunity for them to do the right thing in front of the public.

I wouldn't replace a loose joint either.
It works right?
A broken joint, sure, but "loose" is certainly up for interpretation.

If this is an isolated incident, then I can understand them telling you to pound sand. If it becomes an ongoing issue with the release, they should replace the part.
I'm not super up to date on KO stuff, is this a common issue with the release?

Hasbro and TakaraTomy don't offer replacement parts either.

I don't think you can really expect them to replace a loose joint, like another poster stated Hasbro doesn't offer replacement parts either. The difference is if you buy a Hasbro product and aren't satisfied it's relatively easy to return item until you get one that does. You may want to check into the customizer/kit-basher section to see if anyone can suggest a way to tighten the loose joint yourself.
