Where is the best place to find fake transformers in the uk? I have a bizzare obsession with fake toys, i love the way they are ripped off with only slight differences, and the way the packaging alludes it to be a transformer, without atually saying it.
somthing about the cheapness of them attracts me

. I did have a few combiner packs i got off the net a few years back, but then kind of stopped collecting, but am now back hooked again because my kids like them.
Any advice please? Ive had a few from the likes of poundland over the years.

What kind are you looking for? There's a fine line between Knock-offs, and bootlegs:
- Knock-offs are only based on an existing toy, and are often released in a plethora of colors, and feature new, cheap packaging, mostly carded, no matter the size.
- Bootlegs are the true fakes, and try to imitate the original as well as possible, down to the packaging.
I don't live in the UK, but I do know a toy store that sometimes stocks those knock-offs, but no bootlegs.

more interested in the cheap knockoffs. Not the fakes that try to come across as original

- Try cheap clothing stores (keep with me on this one) - places like Q.S have them fairly often.
Try poundland style stores also.
I've seen them in corner-shops, too on those cheap toy racks they sometimes have.

QS is indeed a shop, but they're mainly in the southeast. Try those clothes shops that sell other bits like bedding and cushions. They've frequently got a small selection of toys for kids. Just avoid the chain-stores.
Also - for anyone interested, there's an undersized G1 Thunderwing KO out there, I saw it the other week but didn't have any spare money.

Try poundland. there's also a toy shop in near york that sells an unending army of KOs, but I forgot its name.

I got a few fakes out of Poundland. They really do seem to be the best. I picked up ko legend class cybertron starscream and optimus prime there and a series of transforming Dinosaurs I hoped to make into Universe Dinobots but they truly sucked out of packaging
