We've seen prototypes and "all black" pre-releases of this third party WST Ultra Magnus, but this weekend the maker of them put the first final version on ebay. He listed 2 of them for 99 cents plus $25 shipping, and they sold for over $100 each, but I'm hoping that as more come out they will drop in price (I have his WST Music Label trailer, and paid under $10 for it!)

I agree but not $100 awesome but awesome all the same.

The auction started at 99 cents - people were just willing to pay that much to get the first one. I'm sure once more of them get on ebay they price will drop.

I saw that auction and wanted so bad to jump on as well. I started a scratch build a few years back, but had to drop the project because of having to move. I think JustIToys should jump on this next.

I'm so getting this if they ever start showing up for cheap. Although there are a lot of WSTs out there, so far only the Prime Trailers & Seekers have been affordable.

Would this come with the cab, or trailer only? Might need to find another Prime to wear the suit if there's no cab, because a real Magnus costs 3.5 kidneys.

It comes with a KO Magnus cab.

So the recent auctions ended for two of them. One at $113.27 and the other was $134.52. I'm not sure because it's been awhile. But I believe he did the WST Tracks too. I'd like to see that come back out again. Having bought most of his seekers and having the originals, I can feel the difference in plastics. Whoever got this trailer, does it feel the same or has he upgrade the plastic quality?

i want em all. i think the glow in the dark would be cool might even freak out my fiancee the first night she sees it.

Waaaaaaaaant. Man that is awesome.

And if any ridiculous-yet-awesome color scheme takes the cake, it's definitely glow-in-the-dark. I'm actually suprised glowing TFs have only showed up recently.

The cancled G2 ATB Megatron and Starscream set had glow-in-the-dark missiles.

After that the OFTCC con exclusive Catscan toy had GITD details.

Hasbro has stated that it's play pattern for children does not have them playing in the dark, so they don't do glow in the dark stuff. On the bright side KO makers have caught on and started to make WST and Classic KOs out of GITD material.

At least someone has collectors in mind. Now imagine a G1 sized GITD Ultra Magnus in a mirrored display case after 12+ hours of charge time....

Indeed! That would be awesome!

Good news on the pricing front. Now that they have started to hit ebay in numbers the prices have dropped. The G1 colors ones are selling for about $60 with shipping, and the glow in the dark ones are about $30 with shipping. Much more reasonable, and I'm sure they will continue to drop.

Awesome, I should start watching eBay for these.

Well, I won one last night for $20.50 plus the $24.00 shipping price. So I guess roughly $45 is worth it to me. So excited and can't wait for the mail lady to come.

Well, the seller is basically starting all his auctions at 99 cents, then using the shipping cost to pay for the item. If you want a common or older item he charges only 5 or 6 dollars, if you want his newest thing (Magnus) it costs more. Still, compared to other custom trailers, $25 is a very low price!

So what you are humbly saying is that I bought the figure for $24 and then paid 4 times the amount of shipping. Then I hope it shows up quickly then, lol.

Hah, well yeah if the item bids don't go very high, but they still are. I hope he keeps producing these and the price drops further.

OH MY CRAP. They're all gone! I've been watching on eBay since this thread first started, and the last couple bunches were appearing 20 at a time and selling for about $6 each, and now there's no more.

Does he only make limited quantities of these or is there just sometimes a lull in the auctions? I'm so disappointed, I was willing to pay that price but didn't have any funds available yet.
