For Perfect Effect Fans

So, any of you that are Perfect Effect fans, you know about the weapon homages to the Audicons and the Soundbots. So far, most of them are pretty cool (opinions on Ratbat are all-around pretty negative). But, we haven't seen anything for the rest of the G1 crew.

In my spare time I thought of some alt modes for the G1 crew.

Ramhorn - Hammer. (Also to mirror the TFA Magnus hammer idea. And to counter Shadow Commander's huge-ass trident.)

Ravage(/Glit) - Rocket Launcher/Shoulder mounted cannons. (i was thinking it could fold up into your typical weapon and just be like a target master that kind of latches to the entire arm, and it could also fold up into chest armor for the Commander molds that would put the missiles by the shoulders, and the panther head ON the Commander head.)

Steeljaw - Ax. It seems odd, I'm sure, but i think an ax could be awesome, and it would counter Slugfest whom is...

Slugfest - Mace. Other than the fact that he is a stego, it mirrors Megatron's mace as Steeljaw as an ax would mirror Optimus' ax.

For the last one, though... All I could come up with was a shield that could be held individually or attached to Ratbat or Slugfest. If you can think of something better for Overkill, I could use some ideas.

Granted... This is all my own fantasy and will never become a reality, but I'd like to see what everyone else thinks Overkill could become.

Give it time on the other cassettes. Not sure about you calling them Audicons and Soundbots though. You are probably aware of the set coming out that features Eject(or), Rewind(er)...and a couple other birds that I think are suppose to be Autobots. The Night and The Sun I think are preludes to new versions of Buzzsaw and Laserbeak. I'm sure they will have started plans for Ramhorn, Steeljaw, and all the others but not ready to make any official announcement.

I have had the perfect effect Rumble and Frenzy for 2 months and still havent transformed them into "gun mode". I added some G1 missles to my classics Ravage and Im good. Honestly I think putting to much effort into an alt mode is what screws up the robot mode. Thats what happened with Ratbat. Imagine what a cool bat mode they could have created if they werent so concerned with making him transform into a stupid trident ??? 95% of the buyers display them in robot mode anyways next to Soundwave. (Perfect scale next to WFC Soundwave) Just my opinion.

Ramhorn as a heavy hammer would be freaking epic.

I only call them Audicons/Soundbots because I don't like the sound of cassettebots/cassettecons.
I tried to think of other words for music/sound. I got sound, audio, music, and tape. Audibots sounds like Autobots, so I decided Audicons sounded best. Musicbot and tapebot didn't sound good, so... Soundbots.... :P

Ya' follow? ;)

you know with the exception of Ravage/Glit(because you could just use the Universe Mold because we NEED to make Device Label Blaster chest useful)most of those sound like something Perfect effect should do after there Not Soundave project.

Seeing how Perfect Effect have shown themselves to excellent at making the smaller figures, I'd really like to see them have a go at Twintwist and Topspin - the Wreckers that people forget about!

If they make Buzzsaw/Laserbeak analogues, I hope they design them to clip onto Classics Megatron's arm.

Laserbeak and Buzzsaw are planned for the missing numbers. We will get them eventually. As for clipping onto Megatron... I wouldn't bank on that one, I'm afraid.

*Sigh* Damn, that would stink. Maybe I'll just use those bands or something the toys come with. You know, those translucent plastic ones?

Megatron needs his Laserbeak!

That would work, most likely. Especially if you have the classics Megatron. His joints seem pretty tight.

Oh, yeah. Got him pretty much first case back in 2006. Saw him and snapped him up like *that*.

Now all he needs are some accessories. Kingbat's a start, but he needs his buyd[/Vanko] ;)

Lol. Nice one! :P

But, yes. I agree. I'd rather just see all the cassettes, though. It'd make me one happy Robot Master.
