YouTube reviewer peaugh has gotten his hands on the Targetroids from third party toy maker TFClub (not to be confused with the official TFCC). These are Targetmaster inspired versions of Hotrod, Starscream, Optimus Prime, and Megatron. You can view his reviews on YouTube by clicking here and here or watch the embedded videos below.

Awesome! I can take a little bit of pride in beating him to the punch, but his videos are always better.

50th post! I like the idea of main bots as targetmasters in like the hands of say Devastator or Superion but pass for my lack of funds.

Great review. I think I'm going to hold off on getting these guys right away though. It maybe harder to resist if I see these guys out in the wild though.

I've said it before, I'll probably say it again; these guys need to skip all the silly crap like this and concentrate on their Project Deva(stator) figures.
These are neat but pointless.

These could be an attempt to further fund the Devastator...

I certainly agree but if no one's buying, wonder if it could have a negative effect. Eh, probably not...

I was somewhat tempted by these figures, the Starscream in particular, but being forced to get them in an expensive two pack turned me off them.
What I do take from these reviews though is that TFClub's production quality seems good and the paint apps and tampographed detail is very well done. All very good signs for the upcoming project Deva and Not Reflector.

I don't see how these are expensive considering a single Perfect Effect Target master costs as much as one of these TFC sets (and I own almost all of PE products). I actually think out of all 3rd parties, TFC products are the most affordable overall.

When I first saw the prototypes and colored pictures I really had to have them. After watching the video, I think I'm going to hold off on purchasing them right away. Like you said, "These are neat but pointless"

Rest easy my friend! It has, both, the 4 mm size and 5 mm size on his lever.

If you ask me, Megatron is the best because he turned into a gun to begin with, so there's no innacuracy!

AS a display piece, Megatron is the best. He looks like a huge sniper rifle in the arms of my Special Edition G2 Megatron.
