Possibly April Fools, but they did post it on their FB page...If it is true, then I will probably get this since I have still yet to get any of them.

100% April Fools. Don't be fooled. Doesn't even match the silhouette they released a few months ago.

If it's not a lame joke, well that's $85 or so I just saved. I love this mold, but this hypothetical retool would be unnecessary.

If its a joke, great. If its not, MMC failed.

Look on the positive side. That's a pretty cool gun arm. Hopefully it'll be there on the actual fig.

So 2 days after and still no "April Fools!" message...

I am now officially glad I didn't bother with any KM items.

I'm still glad I got the first as it's a fantastic mold, but at this rate it may be the only one I get. This one looks ok, but it's a cop out. At $20 a pop I'd probably pick it up (but would still be disappointed,) but not at $85+.

**Can't wait to see the Insecticons...three KM01 repaint/remolds that have little connectors to make it 3 car choo-choo. Pay no mind to the fact that they're all engines.

Since I never did buy the original one, my interest lay with the Annihilator or the Shocky version. I still think it's possible that it could be a joke still.

A bit of a suggestion as for which version to get...I think part of the brilliance of this mold is how much it plays off and resembles the G1 Prime figure. Take that element out of the equation, and it's just a kind of neat looking toy. Whatever that's worth to you...

That said, I should probably quit gloating about how amazing the mold is, but rather start stating how fantastic an Optimus figure it is.

I can't wait to get this boat of evil logic.

You're right. If you go to their facebook page, while they haven't officially come out and said April Fools, their comments imply as much. So much for saving about $100...

Joke or not, I still think this looks cool and I would probably get it. But the original concept is still the winner

I don't think its confirmed that the pics are in fact MMC shockwave, but it still looks freaking amazing and if the official release looks close to that ill buy!

It's definitely an April Fools joke. Apparently new pics of ole one eye will be up within the next 1-3 days.
