https://kotoys.com/store/index.php?main ... f622dfba19I'm kinda tempted by these to go along with Ghost Screamer...talk me down from dropping even more money! They don't really serve much purpose, but they look so cool!

They do look neat. But reasons not to buy? Well...
1) Cracker and Warp were never ghosts.
2) Chances are you already have the characters. These guys would only serve as doubles, taking up space other figures could fill.
3) Which brings up the fact that there *are* other figures, better figures, that could fill it. As nice as the Seeker mold is, and as good as this CMS copy is, I'd rather get Fansproject's newest Not-Insecticon over this. These last few years have been crazy with great, new, figures. The classics Seeker mold is good ... but I think the new Scourge mold (for example) is better. And FP's efforts are always great.
4) Ultimately, these are KOs. Even though they are good copies, they have their flaws. The hands gets stuck in their forarms. The faces, not just the eyes but the mouths as well, are kind of messed up. Passable, but still.
Really, the only KO Seeker I want at this point is the white DIY kit that was talked about a while back. Maily to use the Coronation set's Leader-1 head to make Leader-1.

The fact that they are from KO toys seems like a pretty good reason to me.

seconded.
I actually think I'm only going to make 3 purchases from them. The Menasor, Abominus, and Computron sets. ONly reason I'm buying them is because I want to make a SG Computron and Abominus along with G2 Menasor and I don't want to use originals for it.
They're KOs. I think you can buy something a little more awesome than a couple of KOs that will break easy.
Regardless, it's your money.

That there is a pretty good reason...
but they'll probably be available from acestoystore, tooThey are unnecessary, as G10 mentioned, the characters never were (hence serve no purpose) and I'm not a big fan of KOs in general, but they do look pretty sweet. There is also a ton of 3rd Party stuff coming out + BotCon, but again, they do look pretty damn sweet!
Do they sell this kind of stuff at BotCon or does no one have balls brass enough to bring 'em there?

KOToys' translucent plastic brings a whole new meaning to "plastic crack".
-as in: it breaks if you look at it the wrong way.

Are these sold together, or are they $50 each? If they are together I would be tempted. However, I have no interest in ghost figures- not even Ghost Starscream. I would rather invest in a the blue rainmaker and 2 more purple clones.

It's $50 for both. At $50 a pop I'd have roughly zero interest either. I dunno...I think if I saw these in person I'd probably crack and buy them, but at this point my temptation has been somewhat subdued...for the time being anyhow. If it was a result of y'alls, thanks for now.

If I can help keep just one fan from buying from KO toys, it's a life well spent.

KO Toys ultimately did right by me ...
I dunno, I was genuinely disappointed with the announcement of these products. At least with the chromed Seekers you could pretend they were someone different and army build. That's true of nearly ever Seeker. But with these, I feel there's no hole in my collection that could be filled. Not only are they the same mold again, but the same characters again.
