3rd party replacement parts?

i have bought quite a few 3rd party products and most of the time i dont have any problems, MOST of the time. i got the junkion blacksmith optimus headmaster when it first came out and he had two right legs.. and they had no contact information or website to try and help with the problem. so he doesnt turn into a truck, kinda lame but i did buy it to display him as a head for my head-less weirdwolf.

then today i opened my WST blaster by justitoys and as soon as i went to move his arm up to transform it, it snapped off.ARGH! now this one really grinds my gears. now this company DOES have contact information. so now i send an email and wait..its been quite around since that day...they silenced the voice....

anybody else goin through similar problems? and PLEASE someone tell me justitoys will help replace the part!

I broke a WSTF Grimlock a little bit and just bought a new one. Bought it at a con .... and the break was my own fault. I agree WSTF Blaster is a pain to transform. I did it once and then changed him back to radio mode .... which he shall never leave.

Generally it's up to to the stores (like BBTS) to give out replacement parts. I've got a replacement part for a defective Crossfire gun and Robot Kingdom is shipping out a new the Sun to replace a defective one.

Yeah, that makes it kind of difficult. Maybe try contacting TFSource and see if they have contact info, as they seem to do the most business with Justitoys.
