maybe this version is meant to represent the Pre-headmaster version of Chromedome. or the after-headmaster evoulved version.
Perhaps some 3rd party will create a transforming headmaster & weapons set for this toy.

Looks to just be a photoshop mockup by someone on the forums, not something they are actually working on.
Though, I would buy it.
