While cool, I don't really see the point.

Kinda diggin' the lighter blue color than the dark blue of TT's MP Thundercracker.

Just why?

I don't think I could possibly disagree more with that. The plastic used there looks like some garbage compared to the any of the previous official releases.

Doesn't really look that bad to me...I'm actually a little tempted.

i dont know about garbage, but its a nice anime accurate look opposed to the very toyetic sparkle flecked blue of the official figures. i never liked the darker blue usually chosen for thundercracker toys. not that im buying it though, im in enough trouble with the missus with just my classics obsession!

I agree. It would look out of place with the others, assuming the final product looks like what's shown. I do like what they did with the leg/previously hip kibble, though. I wish HasTak woulda done that...

I don't like the colors,they look too NEON & G-2 for my taste.

I prefer adult themed darker blue colors.

BTW,Thanks,I didn't know nor realize the hips were remolded to cancel out the ball joints connectors for the wing that got popped into them. I also didn't notice the wings were permanently molded on to the lower outer legs. I PREFER THE LISCENSED WAY over these remolds

I'm going to keep holding out for a Hasbro release for Thundercracker. I'm avoiding the TT release due to the assembly error and want a matched set of the season 1 Seekers so the remoulding here puts this guy out of the running. I'm working with the Hasbro releases of Starscream and Skywarp so I'll still need to put some silver backed faction symbols over the painted ones to get the set to match anyway. Why they messed up Skywarp's wing symbols after getting it right on Starsream (for once totally baffles me.

not a fan of pastel colors either on TF toys. I'd imagine this toy would blend in perfectly with the pastel colored hasbro animated TF toys.
