Hi,

I just started collecting recently. I saw Fansprojects Bruticus and had to have it. Now I have the itch. I placed and order for the TFC Exgraver restock and Heavy Labor pre-order. I ordered them back in September.

This is my first order with them. My question is how long does it take to get shipping into the U.S/ California. Also do they send a confirmation that the order is on the way? I know the Heavy Labor isn't released till the end of this month, but I see that exgraver is now in stock.

I'm just curious.

oops sorry. i orded mine from bbts not RK. that ships from HK right?

You should get an email when it's been shipped. Once shipped, it usually takes about a week and up to two to receive your package under normal circumstances. It could take longer if it were to get held up in customs for some odd reason or something. One question, though...did you order both as a single order? If so, I highly doubt they're going to ship until both figures are in stock.

I ordered them as one order.

I ordered Exgravers and Heavylabor from BBTS back in September as well. My Exgravers order charged last week and I got an. Email. I should have him tomorrow. As far as Heavylabor goes I think he is still on Pre Order.

Where does BBTS ship from? RK ships from Hong Kong.

Not sure, but the UPS ground tracking says fro MN. So maybe Minnesota? Not sure, this is the first time I have ordered from there.

Wisconsin is where they're based from.

Yup, BBTS ships from Wisconsin, RK ship from HK - both get here fast to Ireland, and both provide shipping and tracking data when shipped.

RK will ONLY ever ship when all items in an order are available (and believe me, I've tried - one order was held up for months due to shifting release dates - bloody Headrobots!) - I've got a bit wise to this, and only really order when one or more items are already available, or are from the same manufacturer's line, especially 3rd party stuff (I have Exgraver and Heavylabor on one order, and should be getting the last 2 FP Insecticons any day now from them, and have Chronicles Megatron set to ship with Takara Striker Prime, when it's released). Hope this helps.

Nam3l3ss. You're correct. I just received a reply from RK and they told me that Hercules is not in yet and will not ship until he is available.
