Hercules QC Problems -LIST-

There are many threads running around talking about Hercules and all of the bots that make him up. I thought it would be good to have one central thread to put all of the QC problems in so that people can reference it.

I will put down the ones that I know of and if others can add to it.

That would be great.

Exgraver:
- Shovel Issue: There have been reports of the shovel cracking at the base if being moved to much.
- Resolution: There are several videos on the web that show how to fix it and TFC has sent out an extra replacement shovel with Heavy Labor.

Heavy Labor:
- Leg Issue: The majority of these bots were shipped with the right leg being just slightly off on the ratchet.
- Resolution: There is tutorial on the web that shows how to fix this.

- Ratchet Leg Issue: It seems that when this bot was created, the ratchet was made wrong in his upper leg. If you move it back and forth to much, the ratchet will eventually strip and Heavy Labor will no longer be able to stand.
- Resolution: TFC toys will be releasing a fix at some point with either Neck Breaker or Mad Blender.

- Waist Ratchet Issue: It looks like some Heavy Labors were shipped without the ratchet in his waist. Almost like the part is missing. So he can easily fall back in bot mode. This could have a possible effect in Hercules mode that is not quite understood at the moment.
- Resolution: Currently there is no resolution.

Structor:
- Back End Alignment issue: This issue is due to a factory defect that the rear end of Structor does not lign up with the torso and does not transform correctly.
- Resolution: Currently there is no resolution.

Dr. Crank:

Neck Breaker:

Mad Blender:

I've had no problems with Structor.

The left elbow on my Structor was messed up because there wasn't enough space for the upper arm to fit flush with the forearm. So I shaved off enough plastic on the forearm for the parts to fit, but hole in the upper arm is still messed up so the parts tend to slip out of alignment.

Dr. Crank is pretty good though. Nothing yet; in fact, the crane holds very well. I've actually been using it to support Hercules since my mod to Heavylabor left it unable to support the figure on one leg. Hopefully the replacement parts for HL can correct this.

I don't have anything to add to the list...yet. But my Heavy Labor definitely has the leg-kick out problem. Not sure if I want to deface the groin just to pull out the plugs and get to the screws. Any ideas if there will be plug replacements?
