The many who somewhat know me can trace the reason why I don't really trust 3rd party toys to PE's Shadow Warrior. A couple years back, Shadow Warrior was given to me as a gift, but soon after, the ball joints that make up his hips had broken off, so he no longer has legs. Anyway, back to the subject. I was wondering if I could contact the company in hopes of getting a replacement waist piece so I can proudly display him in my Classics shelf instead of proudly displaying him in his box?

I am not sure how much luck you're going to have this long after your purchase; you probably should have contacted the seller you purchased him from for a replacement of your defective item much closer to the date you received him.

I own about a dozen Perfect Effect figures at this point, and the only defect I've run into was a superficial crack on Lazer that wasn't worth messing with getting a replacement.

I've never tried to contact PE. However, whenever I've had QC problems I've always tried to contact the company and I've never had any reply. It was the vendor's customer care (BBTS or Robotkingdom) to address my issue.
Besides, I don't think the fact that it happened a couple of years ago is of any help... if you're going to contact PE, I strongly advise you not to tell them that so much time has passed.
Worst case scenario, you'll have to customize a couple of hips ball joints...

Maybe if you post this in the buy/sell/trade forum you can find someone with a junker SW that you can trade parts with.

I had a defect in my not-Sundor; the head/cockpit was put in upside down .... but I went to Robot Kingdom (whom I bought it from) for a replacement, not PE.

I dont have SW, but do the the Rumble and Frenzy version of this little guys and no problems yet and i have transformed them alot.
