Which combiner do you want next?

Fansproject gave us Crossfire and essentially Classics Aerialbots. Then they followed it up with Crossfire II and the Combaticons. Now with TFC and Maketoys, the Constructicons have followed suit.
So, for you, who would you want to see next? Predacons? Protectobots? Technobots? Stunticons? Seacons?

Predacons would be nice. I love me some transmetal stylee beast modes, and the recolours could be fun as well. Seacons or Terrorcons could be good too. Hunn-grr and his boys were my first/only completed G1 combiner so they'd be bought for nostalgia reasons if they were any good, but I prefer the designs of Predaking and his component parts.
Never really cared about Autobot gestalts, but I suppose the Protectobots would be ok. I'd probably choose a newly designed Aerialbot team though, since they got the most stuff to do in the cartoon.

I'd be up for just about any of the G1 Combiner teams as klong as they are made by HASBRO. I know it's something they have shied away from for a while, but if history has taught us anything, never say never.
Am I the only one who thinks that Hercules is the biggest rip-off in the history of Transformers (3rd party or otherwise?)

Oddly enough, I've been wanting a Protectobots combiner for some time. Them or Computron. I just want the bots to get their fair share of combiners.

Put me down for the Stunticons.
After that ... the Protectobots to round off the bots. But those guys are my least favorite combiner team, so ... I wouldn't even mind if they were just non-combining robots.

While the hype and dedication to it on the grounds of "it's huge!" is kinda funny since it ends up being like half an inch taller than Giant is stated to be is hilarious, it is not the biggest ripoff. Hell, it's not even the biggest Devastator ripoff. The biggest ripoff is still the CrazyDevy upgrades. When the individual upgrade pieces are all sold separately and cost more than double the set you're putting it on, it's a ripoff.
On topic, FansProject Stunticons. /thread

Well, Valkyrie from Impossible Toys is even worse. And by extension, the Nightbird remold.
As for me? Technobots, a must. And their counterparts the Terrorcons. Those are the top two for me.

Predacons, first. By either FP or MK so their size will match with Crossfire I and II.

I'm curious as to why you'd think, in the 3rd party toys and knock-offs forum, that they'd have to be made by Hasbro? Do you consider Hasbro to be the best at creating the kinds of toys you want to see, and delivering on them? Is it a price thing? It sure as slag can't be an availability thing.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to be able to go into TRU and pick up a set of Hasbro Stunticons/Predacons/Seacons/Koalabots combiners, and pay maybe £80 for a big ol' robot made up of other cool robots. I even believe that Hasbro could, if they wanted to, make one that was as good, and better, than the various 3rd party offerings we've had to date. I don't, however, believe that Hasbro has any intention of doing so.

Not even close to the biggest, but crazy expensive, yes. To be fair, though, it might be the most impressive figure in my collection. As worth it as any ~$600 figure can be, it probably comes the closest...

Thank God there are no government mandates forcing you to purchase a product you don't want......oh wait
Stunticons done as well as Herc is my vote.

I'm keen on seeing the Stunticons myself. Don't get me wrong, the autobots could really use some more combiners, but Superion was the only one on theirs that really I dug as a kid. Computron and worse, Defensor, just didn't appeal to me.

Yeah, there's only what, three Autobot combiners to... ten or so Decepticon combiners?

I own some 3rd party stuff but am picky about what I get. A 3rd party combiner isn't likely to be the kind of thing I want, mainly because of price. If I'm gonna blow more than $100-something on a fig, I'm gonna want the "real deal"

Third parties are currently the only ones providing us with the kinds of combiners we want, ones that have good engineering and don't combine using oddball gimmicks and crazy parts-forming. Hasbro had the chance to do some really neat stuff with PowerCore Combiners, but in my opinion, they are too small, cheap and the idea of combining a single robot with 4 tiny drones (that usually don't end up looking anything like what could be called hands and feet) leave me wanting much more.
I hope Hasbro is paying attention to what these third parties are doing and decides to do some Generations type combiners that work similarly to what we've seen from Herc and Giant. If they did that, I'd certainly be buying from them, and I'm sure that many others would as well.
Now, back on topic, I would love to see Computron and Abominus get such an update. That would be spectacular.

lets see...

Aerialbots, Protectobots, Technobots, Trainbots, Multiforce, Brainmasters

Constructicons, Stunticons, Predacons, Combaticons, Seacons, Monster Pretenders, Breastforce
Not including various repaints of course. It's 6:7 If I got all the main ones.
I'd very much like to see a new Raiden

G1, yeah. I suppose if we counted other lines, the Cons might take the lead a bit more. But then again...maybe not. RiD was 2:1 in the Autobots favour, right?

And the Decepticons were just a repaint, not original designs like the Autobots were. And to be fair, Landfill and Rail Racer still display well in Classics displays IMO.

That's all right. Most people do. I had to go into them just to get the nimbers close after all, otherwise it would've been 3 to 6

Three to seven. You forgot the Terrorcons.

But yeah, those Japanese ones would be cool to see modernized.

And everybody's forgetting Dinoking. I'd have loved to have seen a PCC Grimstone repaint of him!

I did forget the Terrorcons, but I didn't forget Dinoking - he's just a repaint of the Monster Pretenders

I'd really like to see all the combiners done how TFClub did Hercules, starting with the Stunticons or Predacons.

On Hasbro ... if they want to start making decent combiners again, especially homages of Season 1-2 of the old cartoon I'll be all over that. But since there's only a couple of those left that I'm into, I wouldn't mind seeing the 3rd party guys tackle it.
Defensor may actually be the one I want least. While the toon really sold me on the other 1-2 Combiners (especially Devestator), the Protectobots just sorta ... showed up one day. Even rewatching the episodes as an adult didn't quite win me over.
