According to RobotKingdom's Facebook page, iGear's PP05 is again delayed. Now over to July.
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Robotkin ... 7899870600Got very upset with Igear! Delay again!
They just informed me that they delayed both PP05 early July2012 !? It is crazy and unprofessional that they keep delaying it, and leave all those angry customers to us to handle, and "believe or not" we paid it long time ago!
Still very upset!

guess adding that extra head isnt working out for them.
i really feel for everyone who's put money on the line for these.

igear heres a tip: instead of including 50+ weapons with these figures why not drop te price and sell them with say 2 items than later after youve won over fans release an add on set.

Exactly, there really isn't any need for such a huge arsenal, especially not for Ratchet.
they should have just included the two or three most iconic weapons/ gear they're associated with and then release the rest of the weapons separately.
I'm kinda glad I didn't pre-order them after all, I was actively considering it during Christmas, because now I'd be out on the cash and still have no figures to show for it.

Really glad I pre-order these through BBTS rather than directly from iGear. They can delay these until the cows come home, my money is still safely in my pocket. If I had already given my money to iGear for these I would getting really pissed at this point.

I'm just wondering if this affects Brawn and Cosmos being released?

I would doubt it, it's a seperate product run with different mold sets, but I suppose we don't know for sure.

Gotta love BBTS. I don't mind the delay. Getting back to speed after Botcon can be difficult.

The dellay doesn't hurt my feelings at all; I'm going to be taking a trip to Germany, Switzerland, Denmark and Sweden later this month and could could use the cash (of course I wuldn't necessarily have had to pick these up as soon as they were released, but now that temptation is removed.
As long as they are in hand by October I'll be happy.

I paid last year, when they announced a Dec 2011 release. I remember the Coneheads being delayed a bit, but now we're out about 7 months.

At least I ordered when I had the money, because I'm paying off BotCon spending and still waiting for reviews once Hegemon and Cyclops come out to decide if I'm picking them up.
I agree with some posters here, each figure didn't need an arsenal of weapons (but that did increase the "cool" factor, to me). I hope that's not the sole issue keeping these figures from my hands, but still trying to be patient and wait.
Hopefully iGear can learn from this setback and prevent it from happening in the future. They've been teasing us with lots of figures the past few years and I'm still looking forward to picking up a few of them.

These might end up like their MP Optimus Prime trailer, that also got delayed and delayed and then finally cancelled in favour of a KO of the MP 04 trailer.

Poor iGear. It seems that making your own moulds instead of ripping off other people's is hard work. who'd have thought

From iGear's facebook page:
IGear Toys
The final release date for the PP05, it's before July 15. I Just back from the factory, and make sure there are no more delay for them. We are sorry for the long time waiting... and thank you for your patience.

iGear are overly ambitious with their product line-up and their release dates, but how pissed would you be if you got the figure you paid over $100 on the day they said you'd get it on only to find it half finished and faulty?

I'll wait to pass judgement when they show off the bot modes side-by-side with other Classics/Henkei/etc. figures. Looks pretty small compared to the early prototypes they showed but that could be something of an illusion.

Wow, those comparison shots really show that this is more MP / Alternators worthy than Classics. Not that there's anything wrong with that train of thought.
I'm actually still pretty happy with the official versions of Ironhide and Rachet. But these looks fantastic anyhow.

Definately still getting Ironhide.
Been waiting for over a year now, I wonder when Cliffy and Bee' will be getting updated. The last teaser pics were back in Feb.

Bit of a shame. If he was a head or two shorter he would've been awesome in my Classics collection. But alas I won't be getting them.
That Dark Convoy is awesome though, I can't wait for him.

I'm cool with them being Voyager sized, look forward to finally getting my hands on them.

Agreed on both points. I wanted the PP-05 guys to be shorther and love Black Prime. Going to splurge on him!

I've actually stopped doing business with Igear due to the fact that IF they deliver on what they promise, it's always at least a year delay.
I bought the PP01U with the promise that they would release the trailer armor a year later. I guess I'm going to have to wait for a 4th party to produce that.
PP02 has yet to be EVER released
PP04 is still apparently on the drawing board, and I doubt we'll ever see PP05 in my life time. Plus PP05 isn't even to scale with MP-10
Skrew Igear, I'll wait for Hasbro/Takara to do it right. At least Hasbro/Takara delivers.
