I know this guys been around for a long while now which is kinda why Im asking for anyone who owns either the red or green version of Supreme Tactical Commander Grand Patriot what where your experiences with him and final feelings about him?

Do you still own Grand Patriot or was he so bad you sold/binned/melted him?

Have any of you owners done any part swapping or customizing into a homage to one of your old favourites?


I would like to see old green along side Steelcore, just for kicks!

Would like to hear some thoughts on this as well... he's tempted me a few times.

From what ive heard, his limbs are to tight for the quality of the plastic to handle, but I can recall WERE I heard it, so I may be wrong. In any event, he looks like he'd make a good collectable piece.

I bought the green one, for around 175$.

Biggest mistake ever.

first every piece is a loose fall apart transformation experience.
The trailer barely holds together, and when in battle station mode, is wobbly and very loose.
It also looks like they meant to screw everything into place, but.. there was none! literally, raised platforms for screw heads, and holes.
Not to mention the Rockets are just loose and fall off the pedestal.

Holes.. and no screws.. wha?

the "Patriot" was no better, loose joints, really wobbly transformation process, and yes, easy to break tabs!

So all In all, my Opinion is to stay away, before you loose a bunch of money trying to sell it off. Because no one seems to want it.

I gotta agree. I have the green one which I bought at MSRP and it really isn't worth it.

I bought the green one at $30 awhile back and sold him off a few months ago. I thought the design was okay but the execution left something to be desired. It wasn't a horrible first attempt, it simply wasn't a great one.

They probably forgot about it. It's not even grouped in with the other 3rd party products.
