Whilst it is vaguely cool that it breaks up, it's not really needed, since gun mode Megs always has all the attachments on anyway. Just makes me feel it'll be pricier and more fragile than it needs to be.

My only question is when will pre orders go up for this and the Classics Prime gun on BBTS or anywhere else?

I missed out on all other Prime guns so this would be my cheapest option even if it is kind of on the expensive side.

Nice. A good alternative to the gun that came with G1 Starscream. Except this one may fit in G1 Soundwave's or Label Soundwave's hands. Hmmmm ....

Really, I'd love all the guys that turn into guns AS guns. Shockwave, Megatron, Galvatron (even if he only did so once in the comics as far as I recall), and Sixshot.

Looks nice and all, but I think I actually prefer the MasterShooter Collectables version. Shameless self plug, but I've got a review of it here.

If you are refering to the fact that the flat bit on the end only extends upwards rather then up and down, I should think that was a concession to practicality, to make the gun easier for figures to hold without the stock extension bumping into the figure's arm.

I was told by Dr.Wu himself yesterday and this Mini Megatron gun will no longer has the stock and gun silencer will be no longer separated with gun itself .

Also he is actually working on Mini Classic Megatron gun too . Hope you guys like it

would be interested in a scaled-down United Megatron gun, for sure.

So ... they won't have it? Or they won't have it detachable?

I kinda want the stock detachable since it doesn't look right as it is. That part goes UNDER the fist, not over it.

Glad he's doing the newer Megs design. I don't know if I'll buy it at this point, as Hegemon is my Megatron, but it's nice regardless.

Agreed. United Megatron is the Megatron in my Classics collection. Any other version wouldn't make a whole heap of sense. The G1 version does look pretty good, but if it no longer includes the stock or barrel extender what's the point?

Think he meant it won't be detachable, not that it won't be part of the item.

I may be down for this, this would be in the $10-$15 range for me.

Courtesy of the Meteor Operation facebook page we have an updated image of Dr. Wu's previously reported G1 Megatron pistol accessory and word of a Classics style Megatron gun accessory. Images mirrored below:

Nice adjustment to the shoulder stock. That's much more like it.

The Classics version would be cool so long as it came in better colours.
