From the TFClub weibo page. Possibly a torso for the Iron Army?

Some WWII British half track?

This would be the first 3PTF five-piece gestalt that is all original characters, right?

TFC sure has a lot of irons in the fire. I'm sure it'll be good, but I don't feel the desire to own it.

This might end up like this custom from a TFW2005 member:

This is kind of my thought too. I'm sure it will be cool and all but I'm perfectly satisfied with Heavytread being the commander.

It's 6 if you add a Mini-Con.

I passed on the whole set. They're cool, but I have no desire to have them on my shelves

I'm just gonna say it's bad form to add in a 5th member at this point, after people have purchased a PCC set just for their limbs. I wonder if it's the one that was shown at TFcon or if that was something totally different (like a PCC guy I just didn't know of; I was never into the line)

I bought them out of curiousity. They have their flaws but look awesome with Heavytread.

Quality Flaws? or just the fact that the plane guys cant stand at all?

I've had one propeller blade on each of the planes crack off. Also, I haven't been able to remove the planes from the PCC ports, and afraid if I exert too much pressure I'm going to break something else.

I had no QC issues with my set, and yes they look great on Heavytread.

I think making this 5th teammate makes sense since Heavytread was a bit tough to come by.

Heck, I have Heavytread and I'll probably get this anyway.

I'd be interested if TFClub kept working on the PCC concept.
I think it was a good idea with a flawed execution by Hasbro.

I'm happy with Bombshock squatting in the middle of mine....nice try TFC but there's way too much other stuff that needs paying for before getting round to an "afterthought" (that's the kindest way i can refer to it) like this.

Im all for this. It surprises me how many people dropped 80 bucks on the limbs but wont drop another 50 or so on a proper torso. I think TFC realized that they should have released a leader from the beginning. Screw the Hasbro crap with the stupid blue connectors. Heavytread isnt all that. Not worth the 20 bucks I paid for him on my trip overseas. And since TFC is making fists and feet, they probally will give this guy a much needed chest plate.

Really to be honest I welcome the idea of seeing more toys like this. Is it a little late the fact? Probably. But so was the whole "Rage of Hercules" thing and people scarfed that up. It gives the set a complete feel and gives a use for any leftover drones you might have.

With that said, this has to be the right price to make that worthwhile. $50 doesn't feel like that price to me, so we'll see what he really comes out to. And agreed with the above poster that Heavytread...is kinda hyped.

I have to agree about him being hyped, and that made the prices skyrocket a bit, but I don't regret buying him in any sense. He's extremely poseable, passes off as an autobot, or a decepticon, and has the coolest and most believable torso mode Iv'e seen so far.
The extra bits like the soldier backpack with the communication antenna and that shoulder pad...thing, aren't bad touches either.
