It looks good, but surely we don't need it.

Pretty nice, but iGear beat them to the punch and kinda entrenched me in their own line. As disatified with their new prices as I may be.

While I kinda like the look of this more than igear, I'll have to wait to pull any triggers until I see a price and a review on figure quality.

I saw the silhouette last night, and I was crossing my fingers for a a blocky better classics version of Windcharger.....

Actually, this looks like it could be reformatted for a Windcharger pretty easily.....

This does look nice, but depends on how fast they can get this out. Igears Cogz should come in May. I'm also interested in a size comparison. I think I still like Igears better because it is more 1984 cartoon looking. Although I don't really like the super chunky upper arms of Cogz.

Looks nice, wonder what the size will be on him?

To be honest, I like this version more than iGear's. It's more of the neo-G1 flavour that I like.

I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

Same. If they can get enough info out before iGears release their version, and the price and size is right, then I'll cancel my Cogz pre-order and go with this.

The vechicle mode is way too Hasbro-ish for me. (some of you guys call this neo) And whats up with that big "M" on the hood ??? Im gonna stay on board with Igear because they give us that G1 goodness that I love. Car body styles change every 5 years, so I say just keep it 1980's looking.

looks nice. maybe better with a less washed-out looking red colour on him. if the size and price is right I'll take it.

Up for preorder on BBTS: Looks like they got rid of the M on the hood.

And a scale pic with MP-12

I gotta admit that I'm liking this better than iGear's version, probably because I like the larger size and this some seems more "worth it" than iGear's offering.

Not into the looks of it. even though it scales with masterpiece figures It doesn't look right with them. Masterpiece figures are about G1 accuracy this looks more like it's designed to fit with classics.. yet it looks too big for it

I would guesstimate that this guy is about Deluxe size.

that would be too big for my personal taste (for classics)

The wheels on the truck mode bother me for some reason. The bot mode looks OK, but I need to see color pics of this thing before I make a decision. I'm not getting any of iGear's bots so if I do get a 3rd party Gears, it will be this one, but I could just as easily do without if it doesn't do it for me.

I dont like it as Gears. It looks so Hasbroish. But if they repaint and retool it as Roadbuster Id be interested...

pretty much my thinking here too. It'd work ok in my classics collection at a current Hasbro deluxe size, or Scout size, but he looks like a big (ie 2-3 years ago) deluxe. Gears shouldn't be looking down on Jazz and the like. At least, not literally.

I like this one better than iGear's. I may bite on this, if I can spare the cash....

It just doesn't look like Gears to me. I can see what they were going for, but they lost me.

I usually don't mind deluxe sized minibots, but he could have benefitted from being small deluxe. As it stands I still think iGear's take is the better buy, despite the blatant cash grab.

For now, I'm sticking with iGear's homage, Cogz. Pricing is definitely a factor for me, but I also envision Gears as a stout fellow. SXS's version takes away the dwarfish appearance I grew up with.

This is growing on me. I like iGears' minibots, but it does bother me a bit that they still have the superdeformed Choro Q proportions carried over from the G1 originals; they looks kind of funny with normally-proportioned figures.

Of course, I really wish they'd come up with a version of Huffer as a smallish Voyager, preferablky with the ability to tow the MP-10 trailer and/or the FansProject G3 trailer.

Optimus gets tired sometimes.

Maybe that could be their second release. Since iGear doesn't seem in any rush to upsize Rager I bet they could sell a fair number of them....
