One of my eBay orders came in and it's non other than BotCon Mirage or is it? What do we have here guys, is this a KO? The head is tight side to side but a little loose up and down to my liking. The waste doesn't pull apart even with a little force but isn't stiff at all, I'll even say it's loose. The front part of what form his feet are pretty loose, nowhere near as tight as my Hasbro Classics Mirage. I must say all other joints are VERY tight and gun fits in both bot and car mode nice and snug and doesn't look to be sanded down. Alright guys enough! Give it to me straight, what's the verdict? If you know you have a BotCon KO Mirage please compare my pictures to your figure and see if you can spot any tells that this guy is the real deal or not. Thanks guys.

I don't own this particular figure, or any BotCon exclusive at all, but shouldn't there be a Hasbro trademark somewhere? I know that on the original Mirage the trademark is under his right foot.

It has a rubsign, unlike the KO.

Ironically, it may be a good idea for the Botcon guys to start adding them again if the KOs are shying away from that aspect. That's how HasTak used to fight imitators, after all.

The Rubsigns I got from Reprolabels were noticably pixelated and this one doesn't seem like it is. Unless Reprolabels upped the quality on that since I went into them or someone went and added a legit rubsign to the KO to be sadistic.

Wasn't there something about cloudy plastic and the clean lines of the vents in the upper thigh? Based on these pictures, it looks like the plastic is clean, as is the vent molding. I think you're in the clear....(heh, gotta love unintended puns...)
