Seems like a pointless repaint. I mean seriously, who is it supposed to be ? Inferno as a mini van ? Neo First Aid in the wrong color ?

So this is supposed to be Tote? Well, I love this mold so I made the preorder. Not worried about the lack of weapons, I *think* I might have some spare ones lying around...

I never heard of "Tote". I know theyre just trying to sell an easy repaint. But obscure characters seems to defeat the whole point of the MP line.

Interesting.

Not worth $100 to me, but a fun obscure homage.
Surprised they didn't go for Tow-line.

If they do a black Diaclone repaint (ideally with a Diaclone-esque driver) I'd be all over that.

MMMMMM....

Having second thoughts. This guy is in scale with the other beefed up Micromasters. Universe Countdown, Botcon Flak, and Universe Hothouse (Powerglide with Reprolabels) I think this team would work well together since I can justify the scale with other classics figures.

Pre-Ordered.

Hi - we've just heard more info from iGear about the PP05P figure. It will basically be a less expensive version of the PP05W figure that includes the PP05W head as well as the PP05P head. The yellow striping on the side of the van is included as well as the hand held pistol. This exclusive figure is still limited to only 500 pieces.

This was more appealing when they suggested a new paint deco (pull up the original image to see what I mean). While it wasn't a drastic change, it helped the figure stick out a bit more than Weapon Specialist. Three months to decide if I want to keep the preorder or not...

I got the e-mail and went to my account hoping to see an adjusted price, and still the same $99.00 I forgot the original was $119.00

So does this mean it comes with the damn stripes or decals ? Im not happy about that stripe, might cancel.

I'm thinking it means the yellow stripe stays. It's really not noticeable in bot mode (especially if you ignore the directions and fold the side panels in back), but at least having the hands and legs molded in different colors that we saw in the original pic gave the figure some appreciable variance. Yeah, I have an expensive dilemma now.

I wonder if we'll see another production run of Weapon Specialist, since he seems to be sold out most places. It really is worth the extra $20 to get all those neat weapons.

Big choice to make. I dont want an MP Ironhide, I want a beefed up classics Tote to go with my other oversized Micromasters. Not having some new paint scheme is kinda crappy in my opinion. can somebody post the original render before they made this announcement ? It should have never been removed, the new pic should have just been added on.

Thanks. I think the red thighs and arms really make a big difference. If Igear doesnt rethink this decision, Ill cancel my pre-order. I think Igear feels that more people want an Ironhide without all the extra weapons they might never use than a tote. The extra head just seems to be a bonus to sell a few leftovers. Bad decision not to go with a repaint.

I cancelled my pre order when I found out that it wasn't a repaint. I had wanted to put him with my other classics Micromasters on steroids (Countdown,Hothouse,Flak) But the colors aint right it's still too Ironhide even with the new head.

Still not able to drop my pre-order. Maybe he'll be the guy that holds more of Ironhide/Ratchet's weapons cache for me, I really don't know where he fits in my collection but I still want it.

Really would have made sense if they had released a black Ironhide, with all the weapons.
