FYI:

FlightPose - Adjustable Display Stand for Model Aircraft and Collectibles

They are now up for pre-order. A set of stands (3 stands of 2.5", 4", 6") costs $23.95 + shipping.

Nice. If they sold at BBTS I might consider it.

It used to be cheaper, but they did mention about the price of Acrylics. Also, this is the only place that sells the stands.

Just a FYI, there is some issues with the rubber ends removing paint from various Japanese produced items. So if you want to use them for Takara products, watch out.

Good to know. I've used these for years without issue but I'll definitely watch out.

That's the only place I'd buy them from as well. Maybe they'll expand their distribution at some point.

Then I'd really think about buying at least three for the rest of the Not-Aerialbots that don't come with foot/stand accessories ;)

BBTS had sold these way back.... You can probably ask them to see if they'll carry the flight pose display stands.

I purchased several from the Flightpose site several years ago and had no issues. They were quick to deliver and responsive. I'll probably order more.

For me it has nothing to do with how good they are. To be honest it never even crossed my mind that they might be unreliable. It is the shipping costs to my location that are the problem, BBTS's PoL is the only thing that makes this hobby even slightly affordable for me ;)

After deciding to order the tetra jets I went back to consider these until I saw the price. Doesnt really seem like a good price for a few pieces of clear plastic that snap toether. Im thinking more like about 5-6 bucks a pop. I hope between the Tetra Jets and TFC Uranus that someone makes these type of stands more affordable. I gave in for the Unicron Throne of Chaos, but not for a bunch of jets.

They're really nice, durable plexiglas, not plastic. They can also support a moderate amount of weight. I actually use them to display my seekers in jet mode and they look great, especially since you can pose them at some pretty dynamic angles.

Finally pre-ordered five Flightpose stands last week. The amount of toys (Transformers, Star Wars Lego, 1/60 scale Macross) I have that look better in a flying pose is way too much not to have at least a couple of good, reliable and unobtrusive stands for them. I've searched for alternative stands, but for some reason, they are hard to find out there in toy and model-building land.

I've only ever heard good things about Flightpose stands, although it was always the shipping costs that killed them for me. But now, the site is finally offering USPS first class international, which makes shipping costs almost bearable.

Can't wait to get these so I can finally pose some of my Yamato Valkyries as they should be seen.

Does anyone know if this will support the weight of FP "Broadside" Assaulter? Rethinking these cause I love Assaulter's Alt modes.
