yeah. of course, I think Hasbro has the right to use the likeness of any 3rd party figure based on one of their characters, and I think we've seen evidence of this sort of thing before. I can't remember when or where but I recall an image of the Insecticons that bore a striking resemblance to the Fans Project Causality ninja bugs.

Broadside, in some of the early issues, also looks a lot like Warbot Assaulter.

And Hound appears to be pulling a 'blue steel'. If I were Hasbro, I'd be none too chuffed with an iGear product appearing on a licensee's front cover!
