Igear poor packaging and customer service

I recently purchased the items - Cogz/Gears and Bushwhacker/Outback from Igear. The items were received in inadequate packaging (only a jiffy bag) and the boxes of both were badly damaged. When I emailed the company to complain I received an email stating - ''We are so sorry about everything, but the shipping cost decided we can't use big and strong box to ship, sorry.''

As you can imagine this was infuriating and I subsequently sent another two emails in hope of a better response - both of which were ignored. :BANG_HEAD:

My advice to everyone on here would be to avoid dealing with Igear in any way shape or form. If you really like their products I would highly suggest doing so through ebay or a source other than the company themselves.
