As posted on their Weibo page.

Could it be a Metro Titan like figure(s)

We'll have to rename the thread as soon as we get more information about this new project... ;)

Would be cool if they kept working on their other, slightly more original projects that they'd teased a while back, like that dino-bot esque combiner or that other one they were possibly going to repaint in Defensor-ish colours.

Unless of course I'm thinking of a different company. If so, disregard this and carry on.

TFC hasn't done much that I liked in recent years. I gotta say that the proportions of this thing aren't impressing me yet. Time will tell I suppose.

Bleh. I'll stick with the rifle that turns into Slammer. TFC's stuff has never wowed me. Neither the aesthetics or the construction quality. Plus their prices are asinine. This is automatically a pass for me.

A Deluxe Class figure does not need to cost the customer $99.99, which all of their products do.

Can't you say the high price is a function of all 3rd party stand-alone figures?

Not forgetting the add on set needed to improve the flaws and looks of said figure.

Same here on both counts. Igear is a company I pass on almost all the time. Only things they've done so far were the minibots. And those were bitter pills to swallow.

Didn't they also do the MP Seekers KOs and the Conehead mod KOs? I'm intrigued by this, but I also wanted to make the Popeye comment. What's this guy been doing that his forearms are so big?Image

Not always. I mean, take FP's first run of Munitioner and Explorer. All of those accessories, plus the bots, $50-60.00 a piece. Now, the reissue is more expensive, but there's more paint apps and a whole new transforming bot/accessory to go with it.

While FP's latest offerings have burnt a hole in my wallet, they're still much easier to take on than TFC's stuff. With TFC, you get the figure and accessories that aren't really necessary. (The add on comes later.) With FP, you get everything you needed all in one box.

Heh, you had the same thought. Those add on kits are ridiculous. What I don't understand is why people keep giving TFC their money when other 3rd parties do it better and for cheaper.

iGear is absolutely ridiculous. $120.00 a piece for Ratchet and Ironhide? Maybe. They come with a LOT of accessories. $100.00 for Ironhide V.2 with three heads? No. Nope.

Ohhhh... it's MTMTE Ultra Magnus. Got it.

Edit: Guess I should explain the observation. Check out the chunky legs and thin thighs compared to MTMTE UM's design. The smiling face is the joke from the annual.

And the following is spoilers for Attack on Titan/Shingeki no Kyojin and Transformers: More Than Meets the Eye:

In the series, they find out certain Titans are human beings which can form the body of a titan around them. This is similar to recent revelations in MTMTE regarding little dudes wearing Magnus' armor and pretending to be him. The creators are drawing on similar concepts (i.e. - a smaller being wears a "battle suit" to go and fight).
