Looks alright, but he needs to be at least 1 1/2 inches taller for me to get it, especially at that price.

Pre-ordered on the spot. After the confusion with centimeters on Unique Toys Blaster, don't you guys realize 15 cm is voyager scale ? (1 cm shorter than classics prime who is 16 cm)

Now I just got to find a new spot for Botcon Alpha Trion (no, he's not for sale) ;)

Also did anyone notice the other characters in the image on the back of the box ? (Hoist and Ironhide in particular) Maybe these are future releases of characters that are going to be done more G1 accurate and a little less Hasbroish ?

The price is steep compared to what we've been paying lately, but Alpha Trion is one of the characters I've always thought a 3rd party company should do. And this looks like it's mostly cartoon inspired, which is a big plus for me.

Unless someone else comes up with a better version, this will be mine.

15cm is 5.90551 inches.. thought that was deluxe size big deluxe? Classics OP is 17cm (according to this http://www.cliffbee.com/reviews/clmegaprime.php ) so 6.69 inches. still didn't realize Classics OP is that small.

Also you sure you not selling that botcon Alpha Trion?

Agreed,you beat me to it.

I am already sick & tired when Hasbro takes high ranking huge robots & turns them into small deluxes. I don't need 3rd parties to follow in Hasbro's footsteps.

This needed to be over Seven inces tall, for me to even consider buying it. 15 cm calculates to 5.9 inches,it's deluxe size.

I love the sculpt in both modes. a battleship for Alpha Trion is a great vehicle mode.

Whats worse is,$120 for a 3rd party deluxe toy is insane.

If the proto type is anything to go by & the previous products this company made. This things looks like it made out of cheaply priced thin plastic. This thing literally looks like it will fall apart in your hands when you transform it or worse try to pose it.

Im not good with centimeters. Im just going off of the recent voyager scale Blaster from Unique Toys that is listed as being 16 cm...

People are saying 16 cm is the height of classics prime. This Alpha Trion is 15 cm so how much shorter could it be ? Small voyager or really large deluxe. Either way Alpha Trion doesn't need to be huge.

Botcon Alpha Trion will find a place in another Cybertron display on my shelves. He is a prized figure of mine.

I saw this come through this morning and was excited. The price is a little stiff, and I want to see what Hasbro has in mind for this guy, but I am definitely interested.

The size doesn't bother me at all. I think he'll look good next to the IDW Orion Pax. :D

It seems to me that this is meant for a G1 collection.

The box + the size of the sculpt looks like it might fit in better with G1 than classics, but it could perform double duty I suppose.

Classics is really a wide line with a lot of different styles. There's room for G1 toon-inspired interpretations in there.

it's sure unfortunate that none of us have access to the internet or computers that might be able to calculate the difference between inches and centimetres, or even maybe give us a visual representation of said heights.

this looks decent, and i like that he has a shovel (giving me a William H Macy vibe) but $120 is way too much.

Who uses CM anyways ? Is it an Asian thing ? I vaguely remember them from high school but forgot they exist until last weeks UT Blaster reveal. I pulled out a standard ruler hoping to find CM on the flip side and was like WTF where are they ???

Pretty much every other country on Earth uses the metric system (Metres instead of feet, centimetres instead of inches, kilometres instead of nmiles). It just makes sense.

You don't need to be,that's what centimeters conversion web sites are for. all you gotta do is pick a site, save it into your favorites. then type in the CM number to get your desired conversion.

15 CM converts to 5.9 inches.

Or, y'know, just type "15 cm to in" in Google.

People complaining about the price, know this. It's not a factory made 3rd Party toy, this is a hand-made resin kit, from the same maker like that Scourge, Kup and Ramhorn from a while ago.

I was hoping this was an MP scale figure, but then I realized who makes this. It'll happen soon enough.
