They are looking great and are the perfect height for my collection by the looks of things!
I pre-ordered all six just in case, and now I'm certain I'll be keeping them, especially with how few pre-orders BBTS have left. No chance of them going on clearance unfortunately.

Great molds,I just don't feel there worth Igears $99 price. As there are far too many Movie verse seekers with a similar jet mode in the voyager scale. Had HasTak released this toy for the USA retail $20,I might have bought it for that price.
There is nothing wrong with all the various Movie verse seekers toys. All they need is 3rd party G-1 styled new heads to become more G-1.

You know, I kinda do want voyager Seekers, but I'm not not very into the look of these guys.

Looks good. Don't like the head or bot mod all that much.
I'm waaaay over seekers though.
There is a terrible saturation of them in the market.

I'm not into it. I think the seekers being voyager size would clash too much with the rest of the classics deceptions

I don't have a problem with voyager-sized Seekers. They would fit in well with:
-Generations Blitzwing
-Generations Doubledealer
-RTS Lugnut
-RTS Banzaitron
-ROTF Bludgeon
-Universe Onslaught
-TFC Constructicons
-MMC's Bovis & Fortis (and presumably the other Feral Cons)
And I'm sure there are plenty of other Voyager-sized Decepticons they could work with.
My issues are:
(1) Price, as has been stated.
(2) The arms - those things are ROTF Bludgeon levels of skeletal, which I'm not into. I like the rest of the design, though.

Agreed on your points but. they don't work well with
PE reflector
Music label Soundwave
BOTCON rainmakers
Classics Astrotrain
Maketoys Giant
Fansproject M3 Menesor thing
Fansproject Bruti thing
Generations thunderwing (lol =X) cheap shot that thing doesn't go well with anything.
so it's basically half and half... classics "scale" is being split. Main thing is I don't even like this thing so meh not changing my scaling.

Really, the main things I see changing my scaling is Hegemon. Best Megatron so far, but he dwarfs everybody. The problem is mainly with him for me, but I can't bring myself to switch him out for Henkei Megs.

Then switch him for United Megs, the best version of that mold

Sorry for the small pic. Seibertron doesn't have a gallery of him yet and the only decent ones I could find were from the competition's website

.
I can accept larger seekers in my collection because they're jets. Jets are much larger than cars. Besides that, with the new designs these guys are going into he massive mixture of shelves that make up my Classics/Generations etc. collection. It's such a mish-mash of stuff that it won't matter (1 entire shelf dedicated to Classics Hot Rod repaints and seeker mold repaints/retools).

I'd love voyager seekers, but I agree with others, I'm not about to shell out yet another pile of dollars for yet another set of seekers.
I actually like these redesigns quite a bit (without the Leno chins) BUT, I have too much invested in too many deluxe seekers already.
Had these been in G1 F15 jet bodies, I might actually have been more interested. Maybe.
Had they come out a few years ago, when I wasn't shelling out for 3P combiners, maybe.
If these were retail releases at $20 a pop, definitely.
But the timing on these just isn't right for me.
So, like the iGear MP Seekers, they will be skipped.

I love the face chest. It looks like something out of
Robots or
Short Circuit.
I really do like these for their size and aesthetics. I will echo others and express my disdain for the price. Still, I might pick up a conehead or two down the line...

I don't know why but the cone heads fit the aesthetic a lot better , maybe it's the colour scheme or there heads or both but i do like the look of Ramjet and Thrust if the price drops at some point i might pick them up .

Ramjet looks like he's giving the finger to somebody.

The more I see of these the more I dig them.
That Thrust is really cool in Bot mode.
It looses a little in F22 mode, but I still like it.
If these end up on clearance I'll probably cave.
There is a better than average chance I'll at least end up with Thrust and Skywarp at some point.

I'm going the opposite direction. I liked the first pics, but the more I see of the finished versions the less I'm inclined to pick them up. And the seekers are my all time favorite group.
Scale doesn't bother me as I display by character. It's the proportions that are bothering me

The more I see them the more I want them!
SkyWarpsGhost wrote:It's the proportions that are bothering me

I see the forearm and leg proportions as being very similar to Fortis and Bovis. Did many complain about them? I can't remember any more and everyone seems to like their proportions now.
rpetras wrote:If these end up on clearance I'll probably cave.
If BBTS's stock levels are anything to go by, these won't end up on clearance unfortunately.

Agreed - the more I see them, the more I want them. The proportions seem just fine to me.
It's the price that hurts. I doubt this first wave will go on clearance, but perhaps if they restock...

I'm okay with the individual prices considering Hegemon, Orion, Feralcons and others, but getting three at once is tough. When these guys drop I'm going to close my eyes, stick my fingers in my ears and hum loudly until my wallet shuts up!

That sucks

I'm liking the updated colours for all of them.

Edit: Sorry chum messed up your quote, but you get the drift

I didn't have a problem with Bovis or Fortis' proportions. So much so I bought doubles so I could display a set combined, and a set as bots as I love the individual bot modes so much.
I have the igear MP cone heads as well as one of the G2 Ramjet protos, so I'm not a hater of igear.
Just these are supposed to be influenced by the comic look. IMO they look far to skinny in the arms, and to bulky in the lower legs. Other than that I would have ordered them.

Yep, I got it.
I'm not a big comic person myself, so maybe that's why it doesn't bother me then. Can understand being disappointed if the dimensions are far enough off what you were expecting.
