Hi all,
Since I have not dealt with igear before and am just wondering if anyone here has and how is the experience to you as far as customer service and their toy quality.
Thanks

I haven't heard good things. I've always paid the extra money to go through an online store that I know will work with me to fix issues because iGear typically doesn't respond to issues.

A friend of mine got a Rager from Igear with only one gun. They never responded to his e-mails for a replacement. I only bought from them directly once (G2 Spray) I saved a few bucks, but if I remember the box was damaged. I don't care about boxes too much. But it appeared to be packaged by Igear damaged to begin with because the outside box was undamaged. The figure was fine though.

I ordered Generations Kup's extra heads from their store as it was cheaper than any other retailer. It got it (in Spain) about 3 weeks later. No problems.

I have bought from them many time without issue.
BUT I have never had to try to use their customer service either.
So far, I have found the cost savings to be well worth it, but I do know others have not had that experience.

I have UFO (not cosmos) and he is great, even the reported problems with his stand aren't an issue, and I bought him second hand, as I said I bought him second hand so can't speak for their customers service.

While some of iGear's products aren't bad, their customer service is nonexistent. if you're looking at buying an iGear product, do not by directly. Instead, purchase their product from an online retailer. This way, if you have a problem with the product you can get decent customer service.

iGear are at the best OK in my opinion. They do not have the best plastic, the best design, or the best customer service. They smack me as being lazy. If any other 3rd party provides an option then I go for that over iGear.
To put it another way, iGear is the lady you take home at 3am when you are wasted and all other options have passed you by.

After some of the horror stories I hear about iGear's customer service, I just won't order from them directly. The extra cost is peace of mind.
