I doubt this will be something I'll be interested in buying, but it is an interesting design. Not often you get vehicles with only three wheels. Also, looks like it'll be duel wielding some guns, with weapon storage on the sides of the vehicle mode.

I wonder if they will release it in two color schemes, and charge $5.00 - $12.00 more for the second one?

TFormers.com is reporting this as a trailer accessory for Generations Orion Pax. Not sure if I see how that works, but I suppose we'll see as more information becomes available.

If it wasn't for the placement of the front wheel I'd say it was Alpha Trion from the Orion Pax spotlight.
