Remember last time when I said One-Step Galvatron was the best of the simplified figures? I think I'm going to take that back since Power Battlers Galvatron is a FANTASTIC figure. The transformation is fun and I feel results in a better robot mode than the Voyager. If you're going to buy only one Galvatron make it this version.

Fellow fan, collector and Seibertronian board member, chuckdawg1999 has posted another video review, this time it's Power Battlers Galvatron! You'll notice his last review was of the One-Step Changers Galvatron, which he gave high praise to and it seems this figure's even better in his opinion. Watch the video review in the embed below and see if you agree, then come on back to the boards to join the discussion!

Before you watch the video, check out our gallery of the Voyager Class Galvatron, which you can do by clicking here.

That Vehicon looks nice. And I like that galvatron. Really cool. I may have to pick it up.

I think BERSERKAEL was simply referring to the number of branded Decepticons in the toyline.

In any case, this looks like the only gimmick figure from AOE that actually looks like it would be fun. Wish there was a close up of the cannon's design though. I wish the level of detail put into these suckers would be put into the Movie Generations line...

LockDown is sold as :CON: , perhaps he was hunting autobots, so counts as bad guy

Lockdown was aligned with no side in the film.Read my motto to find out why he was neither a :BOT: nor a :CON: He needed to finish his KNIGHT collection before taking off to space using dark matter drives and meeting the creators.Sadly, this did not happen. Lockdown was killed when optimus bisected him.Anyway,if Hasbro markets him as a :CON: ,then a :CON: he is.

Why would you want even one Galvatron? He was barely in the movie at all. Total waste of Frank Welker's talent. [-(

Junkheap and Vehicon are the last two figures I need and I'm finished with AoE. :( Sad it's over so soon.

There's a High-Octane Bumblebee coming too. Although I've been getting the cancellation twitch.

They're the only two I'm interested in, sadly. :(

Oh, and speaking of these, I know how Target received that one Stinger and none since...

Unlike previous Wal*Mart exclusives, Stinger was packed in with regular One-Step releases. A local store put a fresh case of them out and he was among them on the pegs and the case was folded sitting on the L-Cart. He didn't come packed in a case all by himself, which we all assumed he would, like their other exclusives.

He's going to be difficult to obtain for many, if they choose to buy him. I'd recommend picking him up, because later down the road, you'll want him and he'll be a LOT more money than he is now.

I hate rare figures with a passion.
