I honestly thought he would, but to my shock he is so dynamic that he is fantastic. If you mean literally....then no, he smells like plastic lol.

Interesting. Mine doesn't. I literally just sniffed him. Maybe where he is older and wasn't fresh out of box? Was him smelling weird a thing?
