He's TFCons version of pre-Headmasters series Fortress. Fortress was just the small head that controlled the transector that became Fortress Maximus' head. So the only living part of the massive double transector was the little guy conveniently named the imposing "Fortress." I guess it's like calling the big guy Tiny or the bald guy Curly.

Still, I have Stronghold and I'm getting this set to replace his head. If it looks good without all the guns, Stronghold may end up for sale!

I may bite on this guy, but this may be one of them purchases I do at Botcon as I wander around aimlessly.
