Hasbro decided to create a whole new mold for Arcee in the RiD line. Why I will never know. She does not have the satisfying complexity of the FE mold, but if you missed out on it, this toy is an excellent stand in.

I like the complexity of FE Arcee's transformation, but there's also something to be said for the simplicity of the RID version. I'm glad I have both! I have the pink NYCC Arcee and the RID version, and they look nice "parked" next to each other in alt mode. (But I don't like to display them next to each other in bot mode, since they're so different.)

I am really starting to think I would have been best served by keeping the pink one.
