This may be blasphemy on this thread, but I get serious vehicle Voltron vibes from these big guys. Or maybe I just need TakTom to make a VV in DiaStyle

I've started to become more interested in these sets, so i've ordered a small one from HLJ (the DA-09, currently on backorder) to test the waters. If i like it, i might hop on the Diaclone train with you guys.

Wilcosu, you have such a cool wide and varied eclectic love for robots and heros, I think you'd really appreciate the esthetics and construction of these super robots.
And there's plenty of room on the train, for sure. In fact we'll save you a window seat.

I was able to fiddle with a couple of vehicle modes, and then just get him into Big Powered mode before my eye lids gave out on me.
At the rate I'm going with time available to play lately, it's going to take all of December to unlock his full potential.
Looks like it should be a fun month!

I knew you could dock that thingy in his chest and still have his robot mode head on top

It is dumb just how awesome that thing is. I watched the review and that was a mistake. Anyone looking to buy a kidney? Cockpit thingy in the chest is definitely the superior way to go

The playability of big powered is off the charts, just moving from mode to mode is playing in fiction, flying the parts around to dock them together. Bah my brain hurts now
